Very good product
I have a wound on my leg that's' taking its time healing. its 10cm x 5cm, though two years ago it was 17cmx14cm. I was forced to try using a wound vac for7 months. The plastic chewed my legs good skin leaving it weeping. These diapers were excellect when trimmed and attached together to use as a bandage. They absorbed alot and allowed me to change every 8-12 to prevent maceration of the wound further. I would by these smaller diapers in conjunction with the largest size and it worked well. THis package costs $24 for 20 diapers, and the 80 pack was about $70 dollars. All told these would last me 3 weeks. Thats less than 100 dollars. This is opposed to buying 10 9x12 optilock pads, which would last 7 days for $110 dollars. My monthly costs dropped from over $700 dollars to less than $150.00.I would also add that for 7 months I developed an issue with recurrent prostatis---causing a severe ESBL E-coli antibiotic resistant UTI as well as epididimytis. (Caused by a a co-morbiditiy from taking immunosuppresents for myasenthia gravis I contract as a result of getting the MRNA Covid Vaccincation---YES THE VACCINE TRIGGERS DORMANT GENETIC INDICATOR---it willbe proven the same way it to 12 years to prove bacteria cause ulcers) I had a significant drop in continence at one point due to inflammation and irritation caused by the UTO. I used these ( I did not wear them) to hold against myself should I lose control when I needed to use the facility. A typical voiding was about 450 ml which both the smaller and larger sizes were able to absorb quite well.

Super absorbent, great deal.
Currently am using these for my bed bound grandparent. They are super absorbent, and have not caused any skin irritation. Durable and are a great price.

These are not 'briefs'.
These are not 'briefs' unless you build it yourself. The paper and plastic puzzle provided must be fitted around the body and taped. That's not pants or panties. That's a crafting project. It would be OK for a caretaker of a bedridden person.People who can walk and dress themselves need a disposable pull-up several times a day, not a crafting project.
