Very helpful
Update based on new information:Previously I had thought my unit was inaccurate by comparing to my reagent tester. It turns out my "Poolstyle Deluxe" reagent tet kit is poor quality and the colored plastic windows for comparing pH color are waaay off from the colors they should be. I recently bought a Taylor kit to check and that's how I figured it out. Knowing this, I can see my Water Guru is accurate and has been working reliably for 10 months.Below is my original review:I've been using this in my new pool for a couple of months. Most of the time it reports the measurements automatically at the time I set, though occasionally it seems to not measure and I have to manually trigger to get the data. Initially when I installed this I checked chlorine and pH using my test kit and compared with the numbers measured by Water Guru at the same time, they looked the same or very close. Now just under 2 months later I took a water sample to my local pool supply for testing and they showed my pH was quite high compared to what Water Guru was showing that day. I went home and checked with my test kit and it also showed the Water Guru was way off.Test kit pH measurement: 8.2Water Guru pH measurement: 7.5Now I'll need to keep checking with the test kit to see if I can trust the Water Guru again. I don't know if the cartridge in the Water Guru is close to done and that is a factor, but the app shows I have 24 days left.Be sure to periodically compare your Water Guru results with a trusted measurement to see if it's accurate.

Quit Working in less than a year. No Support, No Response to Request
Its a fairly accurate device. Really good for trends, close to chemical ph test kit results. Problem is that the unit stopped working (setup error). I did everything possible to restart and I kept getting a cartridge error. Bought another set of cartridges directly from WaterGuru, same error. Their website support is merely a list of FAQs with limited info on the internet. Finally reached out to WaterGuru Support, described my frustration and asked for help. That was well over 3 months ago. Have not even received a "tough luck" e-mail response.I would recommend that you think twice before spending $300 plus dollars on this product. I certainly would not do it again.

Amazing product
The WaterGuru has saved me time and money ever since it was purchased. It is extremely easy to install and use. The ease of use and app make monitoring pool chemicals a simple task. Thoroughly satisfied with the WaterGuru.

Unable to get the Sense monitor to see my WiFi network making this expensive product useless UPDATE
Have been trying to get this WaterGuru SENSE monitor to connect to my WiFi network for many weeks now since purchasing. Have been going back and forth with their support group trying to get the issue fixed. So far, nothing has worked. Our details:1. Our pool skimmer is approximately 18 feet away from our WiFi router.2. Router is a TP-Link Deco X60. Signal strength near skimmer is either full bars or 1 bar less (it fluctuates). Our network name is broadcast (secured), so I can see it in the list of available networks. I’m able to drop my Wi-Fi, and my phone is easily able to find and reconnect to the network again.3. The router has been in place and functioning as expected since Sept of 2020. There have been no changes to our router and we have 33 different clients connected w/o issue.4. Bluetooth is on and functions as expected.5. My smart phone is a Samsung Galaxy S21 5G, model SM-G991U.6. The WaterGuru app I’m using is version 4.0.2(337)p.I can get the app to use bluetooth to locate the SENSE monitor that is in our skimmer basket as instructed, but after that point, I only get a "Scanning for Wi-Fi networks" message and the WaterGuru app is never able to get past that message or find my network.Very frustrated.[UPDATE - 09.06.2022]Finally got the SENSE monitor set up for the 1st time. Had to use an Apply iPhone 8+ in order to do it.This was after rebooting the Samsung Galaxy numerous times, uninstalling and reinstalling the WaterGuru app (on the Galaxy) several times, all to no avail. As mentioned before, we have numerous clients on our WiFi network, including many different 2.4 GHz clients (from Playstation, to Ring devices, to Leviton smart outlets, Rachio irrigation timer, etc). So the issue wasn't that our network wouldn't connect any 2.4 GHz devices (via their respective apps), it had something to do with the S21 Galaxy + WaterGuru android app combination. Seems like a bug in their Playstore android version of their app.Would be a 5 start product if (1) the cartridges were less expensive...or lasted longer and (2) the testing that the cartridges covered was more than just pH and Free Chlorine.

Outstanding customer service and fantastic product!
We purchased WaterGuru 5 months ago. It's a great product, and we trust it more than the highly-rated (yelp & google) pool service company we hired to do the weekly pool service. We used to pay $200/month for the weekly pool service for someone to show up once a week, spending no more than 5 minutes at our house. Unfortunately, their service was really poor and minimal, so we had to fire them. We bought the WaterGuru unit to replace the pool service and have been very happy with the product. We also purchased "Taylor K2005 High Range Test Kit" to use for our portable spa. The WaterGuru measurements were accurate and matched to the measurements done with the Taylor Kit.Just recently our WaterGuru started having issues; the batteries were not connecting properly so we sent an email to support@waterguru.com. We received a prompt and professional reply from a Customer Care Specialist named Billy. We were asked to troubleshoot the unit, and after communication with Billy, it was determined that our unit was defective. Billy placed an order for a new WaterGuru unit, and we received it within three days. Billy provided excellent customer support from beginning to end.I highly recommend this company because they provide outstanding customer service and fantastic product!
