ICD-10-CM 2017: The Complete Official Code Book 1st Edition

This book is great, unlike other reviewers I haven't had any issues using it. It's not "hard on the eyes", but is extremely bulky to just carry around. I am using it for my college classes, and it is very heavy in a bookbag. I'd recommend changing your method of carrying if your having issues with the bulky-ness. It serves it's purpose.

Excellent analysis implementing remote medical coding and pharmacology for medical centers , labs and hospitals. Our current contractural assignments require 24/7 operations using pharmacology and pharmacognosy .This text, icd-10-cm , cpt 2017, and the cpc 2017 are major assets for a proliferous career in medical research .

Very well organized, and updated with the newest changes. Really appreciated the insert about the changes made for coding Diabetes. If you need the ICD-10-CM book then this one is great with its ringed style versus my other traditional type binding.

Good condition, will use this book for class and work. Guidelines and codes for 2016, had to refer online for 2017 code updates and additions because it was printed prior to the addition even though it says 2017 in the title... A bit misleading

Great book for coders

While this book is a good resource, it could be easier on the eyes. The publishers seemed to have forgotten that this book is looked at frequently during the work day. The print is to small to be easy on the eyes. The lines for following a codes specificity are distracting and eye fatiguing. 3 lines on every colum isn't nedded. I've been using this book for 6 weeks and it is still shedding paper dandruff. This book design could be a lot better.

MISSING THE CORRECT GUIDELINES! This coding book was good in every other way. I had purchased it late in the year,thinking the correct guidelines would SURELY be included into this edition by THEN, but no.. To my horror, within the very first few pages was a notice saying that they went to press before the correct guidelines came out . They included the website to which I was to go to download the guidelines. I begrudgingly did so, rather than return this and purchase a different publication since time was of the essence. Its annoying and cumbersome to have the guidelines separate from the book . I will be scrupulously careful to try to avoid this from now on.
