It looks kinda wrinkly but super firm memory foam. I use it against my bed headrest to support my neck. It does the job and it good quality.

I bought this for my mom and she absolutely loves it. She uses it her her bed at night so she can watch tv.

Sadly came so compressed by packaging it’s not as firm as it appears in wen site, hard to get into, won’t support back or arms unusable. I’m in a care facility recovering from back surgery and too difficult to return. I’ll take it home when I recover and give it to good will to get rid of it. Does not come as advertised

I read all the reviews. I unpacked it a week out to let it air out. I beat and massaged the heck out of it. I put it in the dryer. It did it all. It is so lumpy. I got 2 of these for our twin beds and a much more expensive wedge version for the double bed. I wish I’d gone with the $$$ wedge version for all 3.

Great quality and durable! I’ve had it a few months and use it every day and it keeps its shape it hasn’t sagged or anything!

When I first got it, I thought that it wasn't going to puff to full comfy size - but it does! Just follow the silly instructions & it looks & feels great. Worked great after my surgery when I needed support in bed. Lightweight & durable too. Very soft material.
