Good Quality. Hoping long term they improve my heel pain.
After doing more walking during the lockdown i began suffering with plantar fasciitis. I looked online and settled gor 2 products to help. These and a pair of compression socks. These came really quickly and I began using them straight away. I've certainly noticed an Improvement in my heel pain, although it is still early days.Once you get used to the sensation, they are really comfortable to wear and fit equally well in a couple of different pairs of shoes. I hope with longer use and the compression socks at night, my plantar fasciitis will heal. They are definitely worth a try if you are suffering.

Not quite correct for my issues, but good product.
Years ago I was advised I had plantar fasciitis and needed orthotics. I was wearing them but I keep getting out of the habit. I throw old ones away and don't buy new ones. Not smart. Recently I (again) decided I needed to take better care of myself and buy orthotics as my feet were hurting. This product was good for the pain, it helped align my foot correctly. However, I do think this product isn't quite right for me because these inserts also cushion your arch (which I don't have an issue with) and there are times when I walk when my arch aches because of the unnecessary cushioning underneath it.

No match for properly fitting shoes. Didn’t work for me
I have struggled with arch support for a while and brought these to help with niggling pain. They are simply deeply uncomfortable for me. I persevered for a couple weeks before eventually binning them. I bough some ortho sketchers instead which were game changing.Of course, it could just be my feet they were unsuited to, but the firmness of them for me I think was a contributing factor to them not working.

Made a big difference
On the physios orders I was told to search for medical inserts for my shoes. Took a bit of getting used to as my arch was not used to being held but once I because accustomed to it the difference to the pain in my ankles and knees was significant. I need get shoes that have higher ankle support now as some of my shoes tend to slip at the back because my heels are being propped up.

Brilliant bit of kit for relief of foot/ ankle problems
My husband suffered from Plantar fasciitis and has an ongoing ankle problem and these are the most effective relief he has found-better than expensive bespoke inserts and cheap enough to have several pairs to fit in anything from wellies to slippers!
