Nice and sharp but quite stiff and the finger and thumb holes are poorly designed making them quite awkward to hold. We had bought them for my mum but she has weak hands and rejected all of them as unuseable.

Great set of scissors for the money only let down is the meat scissors are not quite strong enough to cut out the back bone of a chicken, the fact that they come apart for cleaning is great so you can be assured they are well cleaned.
