The product I love.. The products were wrapped well, so not sure what happened... But as you can see the lid is broke and while there is a seal in the bottle... The product was "stuck" together. Not sure how that will effect the effectiveness of the product.

Insomnia & nausea
I was unaware that CoQ10 side effects are insomnia and nausea. And the first dosage gave these side effects to me. Be careful!
