Long cord & no hick-ups
As I am used to using a more commercial style steamer, I am very pleased with the performance of this hand held piece that holds the perfect amount of water for 4 to 6 pieces of clothing. The draw string bag is large enough to hold the steamer and three accessories without cramming. I first used it on my draped curtains that I wasn't about to take off the wall and the long cord made it an easy reach. It's a little bulky and heavy for travel, but quite frankly if it was made any smaller or lighter the quality would have been sacrificed.

PERFECT for Italy trip
My husband and I just returned from our Italy trip and we are BOTH extremely impressed with the performance of this steamer. It is a bit bulky but performed really well! I purchased this to be just our designated travel steamer, but now have replaced our "everyday" steamer with this product. In comparison to other steamers, this is weighted so well, does not drip, AND is not a continuous steam. What I mean by this is that the steamer is ready to go in about 45 seconds but does not release a continuous stream of steam like other steamers we have had. This was FABULOUS because it didn't run out of water quickly. This product releases the steam when you pull the trigger. SO much more efficient. We accidentally left behind the travel door hanger! Arrrg. Hopefully we can get the vendor to tell us how to get a replacement. DON'T LEAVE that behind.

Does The Job But Is Bulky And Heavy
I purchased this particular steamer mainly because it is dual voltage which is important for me because we travel internationally at least twice a year. And while I will say that it does a very nice job of taking out wrinkles, and I appreciate the trigger that activates the steam only when you need it, thereby conserving water and lengthening the time between refills… I have to say that this unit is quite heavy and bulky as well, occupying a considerable amount of real estate in my luggage that I’d much rather use for other things. That being said however, once you get to your destination it’s effective at wrinkle removal, and you don’t have to mess around with a voltage converter, and that’s a major plus. It does not come with an adapter for the plug, so you may want to think about adding one for use exclusively for this item. I didn’t do that on our latest trip, and wished that I’d had, since I had to keep switching an adapter between my hair blower and and this steamer on a daily basis. For me I guess it’s worth giving up space and weight to this item in exchange for the convenience of not having to use a voltage converter, but I certainly wish it was more compact.

Works for traveling, but a bit bulky and heavy
This steamer does a great job of quickly getting wrinkles out of your clothes! I have another travel steamer that I had been using for over a year, but it isn’t dual voltage so I had to purchase a new one. After using this one, I don’t think I will be going back to the other one!The steam gets very hot, which helps the wrinkles fall out of your clothes much quicker. It is also dual voltage, so it will work in other countries. This was the major selling point for me. It also comes with a small travel bag, which protects your steamer from the other items in your suitcase. The cons are that it is a bit bulky and heavy for travel. The water compartment has a small opening and is a little awkward to fill. My arms get tired after steaming a few garments, and it takes up a bit of space in my suitcase. However, I would say that the pros definitely outweigh the cons, especially if you’re traveling for an event where looking nice is important!See the results! The picture I added shows my red dress before (left) and after (right) one round of steaming.

Works well for synthetic fabrics
I bought it because of the dual voltage feature. I wish it was more compact for traveling. It took way too much space! But it was so much easier and efficient to take the wrinkles from our clothes for a wedding. Works well with synthetic fabrics. I had less success with cotton button shirts.
