Q: will it fit my 15" laptop and a mouse

Top tray is 12-1/4" by 15-1/4". If your laptop footprint is that size or smaller, it will fit within the slightly raised edges. My stand has rubber pads on the tray running in two 3" strips that are set about 1-1/2" inside the tray running with the 15-1/4" dimension.

Q: What is the height range for this stand. Lowest and highest?

The stand sits at 34" at the lowest setting and about 54" at the highest. It has a stop at the 54" level so you can't pull it out. Very sturdy at any height and excellent value for the money.

Q: Does anyone know where I can buy replacement thumbscrews to tighten this? 1/4 inch. Can't seem to find a match or search term. Mine have worn out.

Lowes hardware section has them,.... I know because I work at LOWES !
