Comfortable for sleeping
I've bought several of these straps over the years, but always stopped using them almost immediately. they were very uncomfortable and sometimes would wake me up by coming apart and Velcro stuck in my hair. I also sleep with my mouth open a lot and wake up with a super dry mouth so I really wanted one to work and this one really has. I slept all night long and it stayed in place and didn't wake me up due to discomfort. Very happy with the product.

Too large for a small person
Although I liked the design of this chin strap and it was adjustable, it was too large for a small person (115 pounds, 5’3”). Also the material was abrasive to my face. Washing it may have helped lessen the abrasiveness. Had to return it.

Best Chin Strap Ever Made
I've had this chin strap for months, maybe a year. It’s stretchy, comfortable and is adjustable. The velcro in the back is very strong and doesn't wear out over time. It is machine washable, and hid up well in the dryer too. The chin strap is wide enough to make it comfortable while you sleep. This is a very well made and durable chin strap. A good investment, no more dry mouth.

INSANELY SMALL! WIll not fit grown men!
This is a ridiculous product. It is SO small and barely goes around my grown man head.I am a large guy. At six feet tall and over 200lbs, not a small man by any means. But I also am not much above average and I do not have a giant head! This product is geared for small people. Mostly women as you see ALL of their product photos feature women. If you buy this as an average or larger human being, expect to be angry and frustrated when you try to get this thing on. SAVE YOUR ENERGY and just don't do it.Could not be more disappointed in myself for falling for the BS marketing.

I think it’s helping
First let me say this is probably more of an aid for your partner, I am quieter, but still snore some. Second, I apologize for the length, but want to help as much as possible because if you’re on here, you are looking for help as I was.People snore in different ways for different reasons. I believe I’m more of the tongue back throat snorer. This is not a cure all, but it works for me better than the mouth pieces which pull your bottom jaw forward to free the tongue supposedly. I have an overbite so those things are absolutely painful. My jaw hurts like hell and it miss aligns my teeth as well. This actually pulls your jaw back a bit which would seem counter-intuitive. My wife says I am quieter compared to the bear I can be. What I think is actually happening is that it’s not stopping snoring, but rather constricting your jaw in a way that lessens the vibrations and the closed mouth allows less sound to escape. Normally I’m a mouth breather so I can get pretty loud with a gapping mouth. She can hear sounds when awake, but I no longer wake her. I feel a bit less tired as well, but I also have terrible sleep habits so even fixing the snoring isn’t going to keep me from being tired. If you’ve tried other things and failed, doesn’t hurt to give it a shot. Now onto the fit. First wash it. I have a smaller head and this thing barely fit. I had a ton of strap overhang and the barely had any Velcro attached. So there is plenty of room for small and big heads. I almost returned it, but after the first wash, it shrunk a lot and fit much better. If you’re a side sleeper like me, be prepared for a line up the side of your face that your pillow is on. It can last a while into the morning. It adjusts at the top and back of the head. Back sleepers may be annoyed by the back Velcro, but that is just a guess. Hope this helps you decide.

Great, Fabulous, Outstanding
Great, Fabulous, Outstanding. Get the picture? They are GOOD. I have been buying different variations of this since I was put on the CPAP about 8 years ago. Most Work OK, but are not very comfortable or wear out fast. I've even tried making my own. I don't really recommend that. This one is wonderfully soft under the chin; firm without being oppressive. I have since bought a couple more just in case I can't find them later.

works super well!
this strap blew away my expectations. Firstly I'd like to start off by saying sleep apnea is dangerous if untreated. when you snore you are depriving your brain of oxygen and your body is reacting by waking you up. This product actually keeps my mouth closed and out of all the chin straps, it's the most comfortable one so far. All the other ones had issues with making my jaw comfortable I tried one that hurt my ears and one that was way too tight. This one was just perfect!
