Blending is smooth

The tin lid doesnt latch onto the box and falls off easily.The pencils are capable enough to produce magical results in the right hands.(If you know how to use them)*Note*Each type of pencil behaves differently and that doesnt make them good or bad..choose what fits your needs.They are somewhere in between soft and hard..Well pigmented and waxy.Have to disagree with the reviews that say they dont blend well. Ive added 8 to 10 layers(even after using oil to blend) and they still hold up pretty well. I can keep on adding layers they still keep doing their job.Im a beginner-intermediate and they offer way more than my skill can handle.Go for it!

I’m so happy I bought this set of procolors. The pencils is strong and the lay down is very smooth. Some may not like the shades ….but I love the different colors the set offers. And the box is SO well made and classy.

Good but not great. Blending is just fine. Had expected more. Good for beginners.

All the pencls appear to be o.k but the white one is not at all useful.

Loved this product!Although there was a slight crack in one of the pencils!...but it's okay...the quality is great...

It's not even creamy or bendable its rigid and not creamy or at all beginner friendly gave me a lot of issues whilst blending and you can't layer and wouldn't work on textured paper. I paid so much for this product I wish I had gotten a 12 pack to test it out first.

I purchased these pencils because I wanted a harder pencil lead to make details in my coloring pages, and these got good reviews on youtube. They are harder than Polychromos and keep a sharp point well. They are supposed to be oil based pencils, yet they go down really smooth on paper. I have found them to be pigmented most especially on paper with tooth. Since the Procolours are harder than most, they are good for layering and they blend nicely. I splurged and bought 48 pencils in the wooden box and I am satisfied with my purchase.

Ces crayons sont à base de cire et présentent une pointe solide. Ils sont parfaits pour ce qui est d'appliquer une couleur intense. Ils ont une pointe assez solide pour appliquer précisément la couleur mais je dirais que pour les détails les studio sont plus indiqués.Les couleurs sont vives et la boîte de 72 couleurs couvre bien l'ensemble des couleurs du spectre lumineux. Je remarque que les couleurs derwent sont proches entre chaque gamme. Ce qui est plutôt pas mal car chaque gamme a ses caractéristiques particulières.A noter, on peut racheter à l’unité ces crayons.S’agissant du packaging, le boîte métal est plutôt sympa. Les plateaux plastiques sont suffisant pour une utilisation un temps, mais clairement ils ne peuvent être suffisant pour les utiliser des années. Beaucoup trop fragiles. Les crayons sont maintenus, pendant le transport, par le film plastique qui est positionné autour de la boîte mais le couvercle métal vient par dessus.
