Not worth buying
This Silca knockoff “product” is a total fraud. It did not work for nine vehicles we attempted to program, and that they claim as supported in the PDF file on the website. We put it on a protocol data scope and found that the product did not respond to CANbus ENQ packets. It did not work for Ford PCM, L-Line of K-Line vehicle protocols either. Don’t plan on updating it or reloading the software either, the RS232 port and cable that they supply is not even hooked up to circuits internally. This means that the supplied Silca CD installer CD is also worthless, as there is no way to reload the unit. If it operates for anything, it is based on the internal ROM memory software. All we could get it to do was drive the display. You will not get your money back for a return either. The return freight charges are greater than the cost of the product, and they will stonewall attempts to get product support with claims that the box does not work for the vehicle your are attempting to use it on. I expected a Silca knock-off, but what I got was worhless.

waste of time and money
waste of time and money. very poor data base for maybe 12 cars 2001-2005. no chance to update the software.
