Excellent spotlight for doc interviews!
I've used this several times on documentary interviews as both a hair light, and coupled with the Aputure Lantern as a soft key. Works excellently, and the fact that it's bicolor is wonderful. It's tiny and has a small footprint, and has never failed me. It's probably the most-used light in my kit: small enough to use on the fly and powerful enough to use in multiple applications.

Bestar.photo sent me a $300.00 Aputure Amaran 200xs COB light with a usps label on the manufacturer packaging with no external packaging or protection UNREAL I couldn’t believe it when it arrived it completely smashed and broken what are you thinking at Bestar.photo? Now I have to return this trash to get a refund???? I’ll pack this trash better than you did that’s for sure. Come on.
