Made me fall in love with my car all over again.
For 3 years, I was running an Alpine MRV-M500 with two 8" Skar Audio subs in my 2019 Chrysler 300S. I had originally tapped into my rear deck speakers and ran those wires into the high-level input on the amp.At the time, little did I know how horrible of a decision that was. I always thought that something was missing from my system. Power? Speaker size? External sources have led me to believe that the problem was actually the signal that I was feeding into my amp.And that is when I ordered this PAC amplifier interface.Upon installing the PAC, I cranked up the volume, my first track being "Put On" by Young Jeezy. I immediately felt very low bass frequencies in my seat that I had never heard before in the car.And the amp? It just kept pulling, and pulling, and pulling, all the way up to 38. Bass roll-off is now non-existent, and there are so many bass frequencies that were once missing through the high-level input. It looks like that I am going to need another set of Dynamat, because my trunk is rattling louder than ever.I've been driving non-stop these past few days, blasting my favorite tunes, just to hear the power that my system had to offer. The power that had been sitting dormant for 3 years, all because of a less-than-ideal high-level input that I had been using.Highly recommend. Total install time took 15 minutes tops.

Exactly what I needed
I have a 2020 ram 2500 powerwagon with the upgraded alpine system with 8.4 screen. Hard to find videos or installation tips online. You must remove the screen. Behind the screen is a silver box held in with 4 7mm screws. That is your radio control box. Behind that will be a harness to unplug. Hook in the new harness to the old harness plugging the new end back to the existing spot. The factory amplifier is under the driver side of the dash (big black box)The middle square plug is what you tap the ANC bypass harness into.Once your rcas are plugged in and the remote wire is hooked up, the amp should turn on.Hope this helped some of you out that are running into the same problems I was running into. Once everything is hooked up properly, you will be left with very clean rca outputs for your amp with NO electrical interference. I’m running a skar 1200 watt amp with a single skar ddx 15. At high volume, the most voltage drop I could get was 1.3 volts when the bass would hit. I was worried the alternator wasn’t going to be able to keep up or I was going to have to add an auxiliary battery. So far so good. Voltage stays above 13.3 at max volume. Hope this helps someone out. It definitely would have helped me

Easy install and works great
I was a little worried as I am an old school audio guy messing with new tech. The CANs system was not around in the early 2000s but this kit was easy to install literally plug and play I had the system in the challenger up and running in record time! If you wanto add a sub to your lat model dodge definitely get this product!

Stopped working after 3 months
The system worked good for about 3 months. Now the remote turn on wire only pushes 1 volt to my amp, so it won’t turn it on (tested with multimeter). I tapped into a different power source, and now my amp turns on, but the pre-amp output are not supplying the audio signal to my amp.I would not buy again.

Dice roll to say the least.
Check compatability. Even the manufacturer doesn't really know what applications this works for. Cost me 1000 in customer return, and Lord knows how much in customer bad blood...

Exactly what I needed for my application
Purchased the PAC APSUB CH41 interface for my 2021 RAM 1500 with the stock alpine system and 12 inch UConnect Screen. I used this interface to install a Pioneer compact powered sub behind the rear seat of the truck. This interface, or let alone AN interface, is needed when wanting to integrate with the stock sound system due to the wonderful ANC (Auto Noise Cancelling) system that is present in these "premium" OEM systems. This unit provides one pair of RCA plugs for an amp or, in this case, a powered sub. Most importantly, it comes with the ANC bypass harness that installs between the ANC module and the OEM wire harness.Install was simple, took about 4 hours to install complete system, sub and all. Love the sub control, adds another level of bass control, along with the wired module from the compact sub, and I no longer need to access the audio menu on the dash to adjust the bass.Works exactly as expected, and is what I needed to complete this upgrade. If you are planning on just adding an amp/sub, this is a much cheaper option, and comes complete with the ANC bypass harness. The more expensive, 4 channel unit does not. If you are planning on adding more amps in the future, then get the more expensive unit. Just remember to get the ANC bypass harness, too.
