Amla powder is great for skin and hair in the form of conditions and face masks. Mixed with some yoghurt and honey you can make a lovely face mask. Mixed with some olive oil a great conditioning tonic for hair. Mixed and eaten in smoothies or on cereal, porridge, oatmeal, or yoghurt it has great curative properties. Be aware Amla had a naturally bitter taste on its own. I’ve grown to love it but one should be prepared to mix it with more appealing flavours to make it more palatable.

Easy way to get my Vitamin C. It also keeps me regular. Seems to give me more energy. Using it in a smoothie makes it easier to take. I can see a glow on my skin when I take it.

I have tried a few brands of amla green, and this FGO brand is definitely less bitter or sour. I would improve the seal of the reusable bag. It comes with a Ziploc-style seal which does not snap in well, so often the bag re-opens by itself. I would make the seal stronger, with deeper grooves so it snaps more easily.

I am very satisfied with the product. This is the only product that does not make my scalp itchy. Highly recommended!

Amla is amazing, and I can’t go without it… but the taste takes some getting used to. Packaging also hard to close back up, but good quality Amla!!

I put it in water or my smoothie. The research shows AMLA to be very beneficial.

I bought this because of the many reported health benefits. The earthy taste has much to be desired so make sure to bury it within your oatmeal/cereal or smoothie. The packaging doesn't seal well or not at all so you may need to empty the contents to a more secure container.

Amala powder or as some call it powder of Indian gooseberry. Has many health benefits , boosting immunity, improving blood circulation, lowering cholesterol, and strengthening the cardiovascular and nervous systems. The taste is a little bitter, mix well with water. Packaged effectively. Good value for price.

I like the product and have ordered three times. The packaging doesn’t work as expected. The zip lock has never worked. It’s too fine of a lock.

I bought it for myself and also as a gift for my family members trusting the health coach Chris Wark, who recommends it for cancer patients. I decided to add to my supplements because of my low immune system, but I don't know if I'm getting a benefit because I'm also using moringa, turmeric, and spirulina for the same reasons, and I'm feeling more energetic.

it might be good for health but taste isn't good

I am using the product mixed with oil to apply on hair. It is making hair super dry, even with all the oil that was added to the mixture.
