After doing research, Manduka seems to be the holy grail of yoga mats so I was thrilled to be able to snag this mat for $25. The shipping said it would take two weeks but I got it in three days! So price and shipping are phenomenal. Now for the quality, the mat is a gorgeous color on both sides and made of a lightweight and soft material that is cushy enough on your knees and it doesn't slide on my tile floors. More to that, it has enough grip to keep me firmly in place even if I'm sweating which is a huge plus.Overall this is a great starter mat and the price, speedy shipping, and quality is 5-stars all the way.

I used to use other brand yoga matt and was fine with it. Until this one was on sale and I decided to give it a try. I finally released the difference between cheap and nice yoga matt.This yoga is super stable and durable. No more slipping when I do my daily yoga.

I liked this yoga mat at first but after practicing on the mat, it is slippery. Your hands can be bone dry and still slip away from you while in down dog.

I like the thickness of this mat, it is very comfortable. Unfortunately I find it very slippery. I slide all over when trying to do yoga.

I’ve used this mat 5 times now. I could or should have gone with a more expensive Manduka mat but I wanted to see what all the hype is about. First off the streaks seen in the photo drive me crazy. After each use, I wipe it down is method sanitizer, then water, and result is always the same. Residue that won’t come off and looks dirty. The mat gets unbelievably slippery when wet/damp from sweat— more so than any other mat I’ve used. And makes ver loud squeaking sounds too. I feel like this purchase was pretty much a loss.

The line in the middle of the mat is really helpful for you to notice if your body is aligned. Great Yoga Mat. Thick enough for you to protect your knees but Firm enough for you not to wabble

I only use it for for work out and it's great! I don't do any yoga on it but normal stretch your muscle will be fine on it

I find my hands slipping when in certain yoga poses which didn’t happen with my much cheaper previous mat. The alignment line is handy but not sure about recommending.
