Excellent addition to a remarkable series of pistols
Okay, I've two of these sights on two different CZs, a full-sized 75B and a compact 75D PCR and they are about the best thing you can get short of a set of high dollar tritiums. I actually like fiber optic over tritium 'cuz they provide higher visibility in all sorts of lighting conditions from dawn to high noon to dusk, overcast, fog, anything short of total darkness. Even at night if you're in a lit parking lot or other similar condition you get just enough contrast to align the sights and target. Tritiums do let you find your piece in the dark -- assuming you've lost it -- but other than that I don't really miss them.I black out the white dots on the rear sight as I find them a distraction. In a perfect world I would put a single dot rear sight but that doesn't exist at present. Regardless, this single dot set up lets me make quick and reliable hits out to fifty yards.Thank you, Hi-Viz!Installation ain't that hard. After making your firearm safe and all that jazz:1. Drive out front sight retaining roll pin using a proper punch.2. Drive off front sight. Sometimes they are stubborn; my PCR required use of a piece of brass against the sight then whacking on the brass to loosen the sight.3. Fit new front sight to dovetail slot. If it's too tight simply use a file or 80 grit sandpaper to remove metal off the BOTTOM of the sight base. I use both the file and sandpaper, putting them on a flat level surface and dragging the BOTTOM of the sight back and forth about ten times, checking fit, repeat until the sight just barely fits the dovetail.4. Tap front sight into dovetail until the base is flush with the muzzle end of the slide.5. Use a small properly sized drill bit -- no, I don't know the size, lookitup -- to open up the hole so the front sight retaining roll pin will fit.6. Tap front sight retaining roll pin into place.7. Happy shooting!NOTE TO DISSATSIFIED CUSTOMERS:1. It's okay to say "I don't know how to put these on and I need help."2. They got this thing called a search engine and it's really helpful in finding out how other amateurs and even professionals put sights on their guns. Try it, you'll thank me later.3. If you can't figure out how to install these sights and don't know how to ask for help, please be careful handling your firearm. You may be lacking the necessary decision-making skills to do so safely and responsibly.4. Re-read item #3 above.

Great Front Sight ....
Great Front Sight .... that gathers ambient light and makes it much easier and quicker to set your sights on the target. I use these types of sights on all of my pistols and never regret it! Durable and the light-gathering optic is replaceable very easily. Highly recommended to the sport shooting enthusiasts and for Concealed Carry upgrades to your Every Day Carry pistol!

Good fit for cz 75 pcr
I like the fit and visibility of the sight. Much easier to pick up for my old eyes. I wish the groove had been cut. I didn't have the correct drill bit but my dremil with a cutoff wheel did a good job

This is great sight, easy to pick up compared to to ...
This is great sight, easy to pick up compared to to original white dot sight. I expected the installation to take some fitting based on what I read in the other reviews but it was a little more work than I expected. Out of the box the site base is too large for a CZ 75B - which is fine and easy to fix by simple sanding off part of the flat bottom on the base. By being oversize it allows you to friction fit the sight in the dove tail slot. I wanted to install it/ secure it using the original roll pin (the same as the factory sight) which is easily removed with a 1.5MM punch (it does not need to be drilled out as others have mentioned) The trick was putting a grove or slot in the new HIVIZ site base to accommodate the roll pin. The sight has angles everywhere that do not allow it to be clamped securely so I had to hold it while working on it. After trying to make a groove with a hack saw and a diamond file, I finally succeeded by using a metal cutting wheel in a Dremel tool. I think someone mentioned installing the sight in the slot on the gun and then making the grove by drilling through the roll pin hole on the slide - this is a *great* way to bugger up your gun by enlarging the roll pin holes, scratching the finish or worse. Don't do it that way

Not a direct fit
The sight seems to be made well, however, there is a notch on the factory CZ front sight this one does not have. It is made of steel, so, after 40 minutes of filing and fitting, filing and fitting, I was able make it work. Not wanting to make the notch too big, I tried keeping it somewhat tight and mushroomed the roll pin. My mistake. Good luck. Be patient.

Works great
The sight works and fits great. After installing, did have to spend 1 minute with a drill bit removing some material so that the factory roll pin could pass through. I retained the factory CZ rear sight, and accuracy is still dead on.. even at 12 yards. The fiber optic is great in bright light, but only so-so in low light environment. At thus price its tough to beat.

Great Value
I installed this front sight on a TriStar S-120 with the factory rear sight. Installation was pretty straight forward. I had to do some light sanding on the base of the dovetail for fitment, and then I used a dremel tool to cut a grove on the bottom of the dovetail for the roll pin (although a small round file would work as well). After installation acquiring a good sight picture for followup shots became a breeze (I prefer to use the included red insert). For me the comparatively low price of this sight opposed to other sights I could find was worth the extra work of cutting a groove for the roll pin. The sight is very bright in daylight and the contrast is a big upgrade to the factory front sight.I noticed other reviewers have mentioned that when paired with factory rear sights the colored insert in the front sight is a little too big for the window of the rear sight. When lining up the top of the front post with the top of the rear, this causes a smidge of the bottom of the front insert to be below the notch in the rear. I tried my best to get a photo of this. However, when it came to shooting the gun, I did not find the slightly covered insert to be a noticeable when in use. The gun was still accurate and the point of impact has not changed from before the installation.
