This thing works great. We run ginger through and it juices 99% of the juice out of the ginger roots.

It works great!
This is my third juicer. It is light and easy to use. Like all juicers the screen needs to be carefully cleaned. It is nice they provide a brush. It squeezed most of the juice out of my celery, carrots and apples. I can’t speak to it’s endurance as I just bought it, but I like that it is smaller and not a huge investment (my first juicer was a Champion and weighed about 50 pounds and costed $$$ 30 years ago). This juicer is very quiet and relaxing to use.

Good value
This juicer is well designed and should stand up to regular/ daily use. It's well priced for what it can do. I use it to make celery juice and I can get about 14 oz of juice from one bunch of celery.

This item backs up fruits and veggies
Not the best juicer on the market. It backs up easily and you constantly have to disassemble the clear it. Its terrible with celery too.

Quiet and effecient operation
When the product was received it did not have the 2-speed function as specified and the second button was labelled "Grind" instead. This button only reversed the machine at full speed and did nothing else.On consultation with Support personnel, it appeared that this was a factory fault with the model being an interim unit that contained modifications to the base unit for future features yet to be released.I agreed to retain the unit as is because after using it for some time, I did not see the necessity for 2 speeds as it works perfectly fine with one speed and runs quietly and efficiently compared to other units that I have.

Excellent value for money
This juicer is incredibly easy to use and clean. All parts are dishwasher safe. I did a lot of research on slow masticating cold press juicers prior to purchase and I'm very happy with this model. Excellent value for money and ease of use.
