I don’t usually write reviews but I’m going to because I I think this is a really good knife, just be VERY careful as it is super sharp, sharper than any new knife I have ever used right out of the gate. Which is a good thing if one is alert and mindful. The irony is I bought this knife so I could send my other knives out for sharpening because they are so dull I was afraid it was going to hurt myself with them. Ha! I thought I had moderately descent knife skills but I’ve cut myself three times already on this sucker in two days. I’m probably so used to working with dull knives that normal humans might not have the same issue, but I thought I would give a heads up and just say “be careful.” It’s slicing through vegetables like butter which is wonderful and will be a nice addition once I get used to it. Good knife for this price

Love this knife! It came razor sharp, great weight, and the shape of the handle is great. As I’ve used it awhile, it has lost some of its sharpness, but it can easily be sharpened. I use it daily and will wash it to use on something else instead of just going for different knife. We’ve had other knives of this brand and I have loved them all, but this is the best one.

Excellent kitchen knife for the price. Cuts nice thin slices. Vet sharp. Works as advertised.
