I am currently going through the interview process to hopefully one day become a chick-Fil-A operator. In my preparation I have done many things including reading everything I could get my hands on regarding the brand and culture. In this particular book Mr. Overcarsh does an incredible job of touching on the high points of all the others. His sincere admiration for Truett Cathy and his pride for what he accomplished during his career with Chick-fil-A is obvious. If you are going to read one book about Chick-fil-A or want a handy overview this is it. If you want to know about Mr. Truett Cathy I would read eat mor chickin inspire more people or how did you do it Truett.

This was a gift purchase for my son who is a Chic-fil-A store managing director. It has proven beneficial for him by giving him the ability to take a deep dive into the CFA culture. It is now in his library of suggested reading for his subordinate managers and shift leaders. Would certainly be helpful to other business leaders and in particular the hospitality industries.
