Q: Is there a big difference between medium and large size?

There is a noticeable difference between Medium and Large.

Q: What are the measurement of each size?

I can't answer that specific question but.... I'm 176cm with a comfortable 35 inch waistline, wear shirts in L semi snug have a 106-110cm (self measured) chest. The armor 'shirt/jacket' in L/XL fits snuggly but not too tight for any restriction or discomfort. I plan to lose 10 pounds this summer so I feel it would fot me somewhat looser but not baggy.

Q: does it has shoulders protection?

It does! It's strange, though that you can remove back and chest protections, but not the shoulders as those don't have an open sleeve.

Q: Is the Large a regular or slim?

My son has a medium and he says it’s a regular not slim fit.
