You maybe looking at reviews thinking, which reviews do I listen to since so many are conflicting?! Well look no further than this honest review from a mom in her 30s who wakes up from kinks because her son comes into her bed in the middle of the night and somehow takes over the whole pillow, so she wakes up in contortionist positions.What gives me serious relief is VERY warm heat, pretty much hot on those pesky kinks. Heats my muscle up good. I ordered this heat pad because of its hands free flexibility. Its functions are pretty simple to use and the pad is soft, the adjustable straps are nice. Appearance wise it’s nice, however, for those of us who like a heat pad that puts off substantial heat, this is NOT the pad for you. At a 9 (the highest setting) I was getting barely enough heat. Best way to use this is without clothing between you and the heat pad and wait for the heat to build up enough warmth, but for me this wasn’t enough heat for relief of my aches and pains. It is a gentle warm best suited, in my opinion, for monthly cramps and that sort of warmth comfort. Hope this review helped you decide on if this is the heat pad for you and your needs. Comfortable, just the right size to wrap around my arm, has an extensive long range (1 to 9) and multiple auto-off timers for any need, but .... it BARELY GETS WARM. I tried every setting several times. I have it wrapped snugly around my arm, against bare skin, and I can barely tell it's on. Not much difference between 1 and 9. I was hoping maybe I got a defective unit, and that I could send it back and exchange it. No. Other people have reported similarly, that it doesnt get hot at all, so I guess that's just how it is. Very disappointed. It's going back. Also laughable how the manufacturer hides the fact that it needs a cable to work. Sure, I knew that and expected that (cordless pads don't stay hot for very long, so are little use to me). There are at least 6 photos, and the video, showing people putting this on and wearing it ... no cable in sight. Only one photo shows the controller itself and a very short section of the cable. Would be helpful instead to show it, right?, so folks have a sense how long the cable is, where the controller is located in relation to the pad itself -- for my purposes, it's well designed in that respect. Too bad it's not warm enough to be worth the bother to put it on.

This mini heating pad is absolutely awesome! My hubby has a paralyzed stomach (gastroparesis) and has to use a heating pad occasionally on his tummy for pain. This little pad works wonderfully. It is nice that it stays in place after you use the Velcro to secure the belt. He loved the new temp setting for this one. It has 9 heat levels and can be set to shut off automatically or stay on. I would definitely buy this again....well worth the money.

My first order for a heating pad wasn't a good experience. I ended up donating it because it fit the neck and shoulders. Since I am a small woman, that product did not work out. Thank God that this heating pad worked out and it easy to use, small and I can fit it to the area that I needed to relieve the pain at. Thank you!

I know this item seems to be marketed to women. However, as a big guy with pain in his shoulder blade area, I needed a heating pad that I could position on and around my shoulder and upper back area. This heating pad does that beautifully. Its velcro strap allows you to bind it tightly to the affected area and its 9 heat levels provide any level of heat you should ever need. It's a quality product made to last, its control pad is easy to access and it is comfortable to wear! I highly recommend this product.

I bought this for my husband for Valentine's Day. He loved it! The material is soft and flexible and easy to keep in place, unlike plastic heating pads that won't stay where you need it. We love the various heat settings and timers. Another great part about the temperature settings is you don't need a blank or anything in between you and the heating pad. Most heating pads I've tried before are way too hot even on level one.We also have one of the larger ones from the same company and enjoy that one as well.

I like the long cord and the way it quickly heats up when you turn it on. It can stay heated for up to 8 hours so it definitely outperforms any microwave or hot water device and you can move it to multiple areas, neck, knees elbows ankles, wrist. You name it. The control device has multiple settings. One hour, two hours, four hours, 8 hours. My only con is I think it could use a couple more pieces of Velcro to give it a better fit. It’s great for reducing swelling and to prepare the muscle for stretching exercises. I liked it enough that I purchased another one for my spouse. I recommend.

Love this little heating pad. Especially for when that time of the month rolls around. Perfect for lower back aches and sometimes I’m just a little cold in my house so I stick it behind me to take the chill out. I like to be warm under a cover in a cold room.
