Had to edit this review as i'd initially given it just 2 stars due to the fact that even measuring myself 'loosely' several times I should have definitely been a size M according to their size chart... Indeed it turned out I was not.The item was far too small and I had real trouble when putting it on, basically it would probably have done more harm than good if i'd continued with it. A leaflet came with it promising to "Solve all problems immediately, no questions asked".... This turned out to mean being told by them to speak to Amazon 🙄. I could have done this without waiting for your email so thanks for that.However... A couple of days later I was then contacted again by someone else from customer services who couldn't have been nicer and managed to sort my problem out there and then. This was much appreciated.So I now have the L size... Even though technically I should be the M size... and i have to say it fits a lot better, feels more comfortable and actually feels like it's supporting my back so I've raised it to 4 stars. Item is better made than the other, cheaper, posture correctors I've tried in the past so it turns out you get what you pay for.Comes with a metal plate (to be used when sitting, reading etc) and a more flexible plastic plate (to be used when walking, running etc), I'll point out that it's only supposed to be worn for a maximum of 3 hours at a time plus it's not suitable or recommended to be worn while sleeping.So all in all a good product, and certainly more cost effective than buying several of the cheaper ones like I did.I would still however be wary of the sizing chart, if you're at the higher end of a size even when loosely measured like I did, I would certainly go for the larger size but that's just my experience.

As a 5'11 guy of medium build (not fat, not skinny) ~85 kg, these simply don't fit well. I initially ordered a L as my lower chest measurement fitted the size guide L. Wanting to check it out and if any good was going to get one for my other half. It was okay, initially. It does correct your posture but the brace is really meant for a smaller frame. It digs in around the edges of your pectorals.I subsequently ordered the XL and it was worse! If anything it's tighter; possibly due to manufacturing tolerances and would surmise that it is supposed to be the same size with simply a longer lower belt. So in essence the sizes are really about the girth of your midriff.So be warned; it's not really for your average male unless you're of the smaller build.

I bought this few weeks ago as I was having difficulty in my posture (upper body) because of breastfeeding . And the pain that I was having From my upper body ( my neck n my shoulder blade) strained my lower tail bone badly.I was looking for something very effective for my upper body to lift it up and have bad posture. I tried many different belts for my lower back at the meantime but that was not doing any good. I noticed that may be if I straighten my upper body 1st may b that might help my lower tailbone .And luckily scrolling down the Amazon I finally met this HOLY GRAIL UPPER BIDY SUPPORTER!!!I have no back pain so far . I use it morning day n night . But taking breaks . It’s best suited and comfortable when you put it on a quarter arm length or long length sleeve clothes as it might b bit discomfort in your arm area as you will b using hands more wen ur doing work .Other than that no any discomfort :)It is also helping my upper body good posture tooI’mLoving this productThank you Amazon :)

Had to return. I cuts under the arms, very uncomfortable!

On first fitting the Support felt comfortable and promisingly supportive when worn for approx. 40 minutes. On second fitting I could not fit it without help because the tag that held the shoulder loops to the top of the back brace had become unstitched and the back brace just flopped down. I can not just wear it when there is some body available to assist. Since the Support was new I was very careful, when putting it on, not to overstretch it so I can not believe that this has not happened to other purchasers and that this 'weakness' was not apparent to the manufacturers. After contacting Customer Service, and receiving a replacement almost by return, I have found the support to be really effective - far more so than any other I have tried. It is very well made and surprisingly comfortable to wear. It is comfortable and adjustable and exerts sufficient 'pull' to remind me to straighten my shoulders. If the instructions are followed and common sense exercised, most people should find this really helpful. As far as Customer Service is concerned, I can not praise them highly enough. They replied to my e.mails promptly, were sympathetic and fulfilled all they promised. To be honest, I have rarely received such good service.

The item is not perfect ,but does what it’s supposed to do ,yet too early to say if it’s improving my situation ! As comfortable I would say it’s decent enough, price is fair enough , the measurements are bit problematic ,I ordered L base on my measurements to fit the chart table and yet the belt doesn’t have enough sticky part to fit and feel it bit uncomfortable and sometimes coming out if I stretch ! If I would gone with M that thing probably would’ve worked but it would’ve been the straps to uncomfortable as beeing smaller even though it’s elastic ! I really don’t know if I would recommend this item if asked too!

Je l’ai acheté pour ma fille de 12 ans qui se plaignait de douleurs dorsales. Super, elle n’hésite pas à le mettre le matin. Le produit est ajustable au niveau de la taille et sur le cintrage aussi ce qui permet de bien positionner le correcteur. Je recommande
