Bought this as an addition to my kids playhouse we build last summer. They love it and look for "sharks" and "pirates". I have read other reviews complaining about the fact that it doesn't actual magnify anything... but HELLO.... that would be really unsafe for kids if they were to look into the sun. My only complaint is that my kids (ages 4, 2 and 2) can pull the telescope off of the base if they twist it around too much. Its easy for adults to pop back into the track, but can be annoying when they keep popping it off and running to you to put it back on.

My toddler is too small to use it on the playhouse, but he enjoys playing with the telescope in and around the house- investigating noises, peaking around corners etc. (This is our second one as the dogs got ahold of the last one and he was so devistated-thus we were so grateful to find an exact match on here!). Just needed to add superglue to the threads as it unscrews easily at the ends.

Super easy to assemble. The telescope that came with our swing set broke. This is so affordable and exactly like what we had before! It was easy to put on and came with the screws need to do it. It’s easy for my five year old and one year old to maneuver and look around.

The kids liked it but it snapped. I would love a replacement!

My granddaughter absolutely loves this telescope. She is two years old and she says that she can see the stars, birds, airplanes. It was definitely a great addition to her swingset.
