Love love love these products, so easy to back up all my photos and I never have to worry about anything getting deleted. Very easy to use and comes with quick easy set up.

Despite the company stating that this model will work with Windows 10, that is not the case. We couldn't get it to work at all. And, after looking online for help, it still wouldn't work. Things that the company suggested we do wouldn't work because again, it's not compatible with Windows 10. This is was disappointing. We have had a Clickfree external harddrive for years and never experienced any issues with it. The only reason we purchased this one was we had upgraded to Windows 10 and needed a bigger drive.

safe backups

Every bit as easy to use as they advertise. I just plugged it in and it keeps backing me up. I like that I don't have to continually update the software/firmware like the WD products. I haven't actually had to restore anything yet, but all appears to be working just like I wanted.

I love this product! For an average person it's so easy! It does all the work!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT ~~ Have used Clickfree for years. Upgraded to 2TB and product will not work. Tech support is NON EXISTANT had problems when I first bought it but finally got it to work; now I need to use again and it will not work. Just stuck with a piece of junk and no way to backup my computer.
