Raspberry Ketone 500mg. 90 Count Bottle. Pure Raspberry Ketone.

I started taking these about a year ago. I started with the brand. I bought two bottles. It took a month or two and I noticed I was losing weight regularly and had not changed anything about the way I ate or exercised. I was thrilled. When I was almost out of these I saw a special on another brand of 500 mg Raspberry Ketones. I started gaining weight!!! I tried numerous brands because I couldn't originally find this brand and no dice. I finally found the Ketone Pure and purchased them. After a month I had already lost to within a few lbs of where I was when I stopped them.They don't work overnight and I only take two a day which may not be a good thing, but so many pills................ Anyway, the best I can figure is these keep me very "regular". They seem to work that way more when I eat fattier foods or heavier, rich foods. They are not a quick result, weight loss product, but they do work. Takes time and patience. There's no such thing as a miracle diet drug that immediately works and you lose 25 lbs. If it does, then it's speed!!!!

I was very disappointed with this product. It did not curb. My appetite and even following a healthy diet with exercise, it made me more hungry than before. I even gain weight instead of losing. I stopped taking the product and almost immediately my weight started falling off. And my appetite decreased. I thought, maybe, it was just beginning to work. So I tried it again and thsame thing happened. So now that confirms to me it was the product giving me worse results. Maybe it works for some and not others. It didn't work for me at all.

I have been taking them for about four days now and I do notice increased energy and a slight decrease in appetite. The bad part is you have to drink ALOT of water because it will make you thirsty all the time and give you slight heartburn if you don't. I do not recommend drinking alcohol on these because after one glass of wine or beer, I had a massive headache that would not go away.

I ordered these Raspberry Ketone caps hoping to lose a little weight. The hype of this product was just that...hype!

I tried two other Rasberry Ketone products on Amazon before finding this one. I am TRULY amazed how it just gets rid of my appetite !!! I cannot believe it!! I tried another 500 mg raspberry ketone that was much more expensive. The second one I tried had the African mango. Yuk. I returned that one. I think the problem people have is this product alone WILL NOT make you lose weight. No such thing. But! If you diet and exercise with it you WILL see results. I think the people who write in saying, " I lost 8 pounds the first week", and comments like that perhaps have 100 pounds to lose. I do not, but, it is VERY hard for me when eating a calorie reduced diet. I'm ALWAYS HUNGRY!! But these little beauties help!!!! And the comments about, " if you eat reduced calories and exercise, you will lose weight." Really? It is HARD!! Anybody who has had successful weight loss knows true weight loss only happens after the first few weeks, no matter what the scale says. I have a terrible time losing weight. I am a "foodie". I LOVE food!!! LOL! Just because your appetite is decreased, does not mean you stop eating. Can't you eat without being hungry?? I can! I recently joined Weight Watchers. I had thought it was just like Jenny Craig, which I have done for years, but once I was finished with all the overpriced frozen food they sell, I gained it back. Weight Watchers is REAL FOOD. Anything you want, you just need to count points, which is quite a learning curve from counting calories. But C'mon people, if it was easy, nobody would be writing or reading these reviews! :)I feel like I am getting a new lease on getting rid of my fat for good!!! Between Weight Watchers and these FABULOUS 500 mg Rasberry Ketones, I WILL be ready for summer!!!! ( I will keep trying!!!!!!)Try them! They are great!!!! Good luck with your journey!! :)

UNFORTUNATELY, THIS PRODUCT DID NOT WORK FOR ME. I HAVE TAKEN IT FOR TWO MONTHS AND HAVE NOT SEEN ANY RESULTS. I WILL FINISH TAKING IT; HOWEVER,I WILL NOT BE ORDERING ANYMORE. ALSO, THE DELIVERY FROM THIS SELLER WAS VERY SLOW. I WAITED ALMOST 2 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY AND CONTACTED THEM AND THEY ADVISED IT MUST HAVE GOTTEN LOST IN THE MAIL. THEY WERE NICE ENOUGH TO RESHIP ANOTHER ORDER WHICH CAME IN ABOUT A WEEK AT NO COST. I WISH I COULD HAVE WRITTEN A GREAT REVIEW ON HOW WONDERFUL THIS PRODUCT WORKED.

We heard about Raspberry keytone on the Dr Ozz show that it was a new natural way to loose weight except it was 5 times the price from them so I looked it up on amizon and we bought it. The price was good but the end result is that it is a laxitive thats it. She took it for a couple weeks and couldnt stand or shoiuld I say sit to take it any longer. Now I take a couple every now and then to keep me going regular.

This us my second round of using raspberry ketone pure. I haven't noticed necessarily weight loss on the scale, however my clothes fit nicer and I have dropped in shirt, pants, and dress sizes. Ppl also ask me if I have lost weight. I try to follow a good diet and I drink tons of water. I don't exercise as much as I should. Even if the pills aren't doing anything, the placebo effect is working just nicely!
