This is the first pair of straightners I have bought. Arrived quickly and well presented. I looked at various reviews for competing brands and in store, but couldnt get past the reviews and the extras included within AXUF box. My hair is thick and wirey medium length and the 3rd out of 5 heat level seems fine. I haven't burnt anything yet and get the required finish. What I also like is the wider plate than other versions. Whilst I dont have another pair to compare it to, I'm very satisfied

Super straighter/curler. Nice and light to use. Heats up very quickly. I have long thick hair and found the 3rd heat setting to be perfect. I've had a play around with it this evening and it's nice and quick to generate straight hair or waves and curls.For those intending to buy as a gift for someone in their own household, be warned this does not come in the usual mass of Amazon packaging, so you can see what is being delivered. Great for the environment though so no complaints. The box is nice and sturdy. Contents were as described. All in all, a very happy purchase.

GHD packed in so I decided due to all the reviews to buy this straighter.Definitely did the job as I have really thick and wavy hair.It does heat up fast, they are easy to use but I did have to get used to them as it is definitely easy to burn yourself. I wore the heat glove that came with it.The price is great so all in all very happy with my purchase!

The media could not be loaded.  My hair is very coarse, dry, and thick. Normally curls don’t stay in my hair long, a few hours or a day if I’m lucky. I’ve had 2 other flat irons in the past, both worked very well but didn’t come with the bonuses this one does. I’ve been using this with John Frida’s protection spray and now the curls stay for several days, even when gently combed. It doesn’t give my hair any added shine, however keep in mind I’m middle aged with hypothyroidism, so that’s more of an issue with my hair and not necessarily this styling tool.I don’t normally use products or heat tools on my hair, as I usually prefer to use natural fruit and oils. I usually curl my hair, dampened overnight, which doesn’t always work. This makes it a breeze. It is very easy to use, sets the hair in no time, and has great staying power.Presentation is nice. Pretty red velvet storage bag. Accessories are very useful. I did accidentally burn myself on the edge whilst turning it to create curls, so now I always use the provided glove.Recommended!

Bought this as it advertised that you could straighten AND curl your hair easily. It is just a straightener! Nothing special!!

I purchased these in may 2022. For a while I thought these were good, but only recently realised that my hair has got increasingly shorter! I noticed even using heat spray, I could literally feel it burning off. I used to have hair length past my shoulders, now it's above shoulders and I never cut it!These are very poor. Everytime I curled it it clearly burnt more hair off! I always have the lowest setting too! I would not recommend!

This item looks exactly like the pictures but doesn’t heat up to 430 like stated. Goes up to 230 not happy with that at all

I love this flat iron / curler. It heats up fast it's a great quality feels expensive and I feel like it can beat out any overpriced expensive flat iron. And this is by far better than any flat iron that I've ever had and I've owned expensive ones. This one is very affordable and I can't believe it's so affordable because the quality and the way it glides on your hair and the way it styled it and straightens it and curls it I'm in love with this flat iron and I don't see myself using any other flat iron but this one and I hope this one never breaks because I will definitely buy another one if the unfortunate happens. This is a flat iron I plan on purchasing during Christmas for all my gal pals for Christmas gifts and birthday presents because I know they will love it so please don't hesitate and get this flat iron and you will not regret it do not believe any of the one stars because this is a 5 plus plus plus star flat iron.

I have really enjoyed using this straightener, it's very easy to use! I wanted to wait a bit before i reviewed this so give it a real honest opinion. I needed a new (smaller) straightener because my old one is quite large and not so good to carry around. I bought this for home use and for traveling. It comes in a nice velvety bag with clips, a comb, and a heat glove.It heats up fairly fast, though i have not timed it, it'll get to where you want it within a few minutes. It has the curved edges so you can curl your hair with it, which is a very useful feature for me. It works well, that it'll straighten my very thick hair within 2 passes and will straighten my daughters very thin and fine hair with low heat very easily as well.TL;DR it's great and it's worth the money. If you need a nice solid straightener. This is it.

Great straightener for the price. I have frizzy, wavy, but thin long hair and I can straighten my hair fairly quickly with the highest heat setting. It heats up pretty quick too.Also curling my hair with this is fairly simple and it gives some great curls but the only problem I’ve had, is that once I curl a piece, there’s no way to straighten it completely if I changed my mind. Idk if it’s just my hair. The cord is really long, so that can be a pro or con depending on your preference. So if you’re on the go, or hurrying to pick up, having to wrap the cord so much could get annoying.It was nice that it came with the little sleeve and styling clips. I haven’t really had any use for the glove though, but it’s nice to have in case the need arises.I love that this hair straightener has a shut off timer. If I’m running late and can’t remember if I turned off my straightener, I don’t have to turn back.

I needed a flat iron to tame my extermely curly hair. It is not very long, but the curls are out of control. Have a flat iron with out the auto shut off. I have sometimes been in a hurry and after hours, I discovered I had neglected to shut off my iron. So looked for an auto shut off and chose this one. It works ok, but even the lowest setting gets very hot. The heated edge goes over the side and have burned myself several times. That is operator error, but didn't happen with my old iron.
