Looking for a good quality kombu from Japan...
I prefer Japanese kombu to Korean. Though I have not yet used this since I'm trying to use up a different brand that I bought from the local Japanese grocery, initial impression is that this kombu looks fresh and of high quality. Will update my review once I use this.

Tasty Japanese kombu.
Makes very nice broth. Before making dashi, I soak small fragments (I don't clean them, white powder that is on the surface provides taste), cut up along the edges for better extraction overnight and then use broth for miso or miso ramen. I've purchased it twice already, recommended.
