Unlike others here giving reviews, I did not get a discount for reviewing this product. Nevertheless, I am here to say that this brush is AWESOME!! I have a weak right arm, and bad knees, so cleaning the bathroom tiles was a nightmare for me. Not anymore! I sprayed the tiles with Tilex bathroom cleaner, sat on the edge of the bathtub, facing the tiles, and went to work. With very little effort, the job was done in less than half the time it would normally take me, and did a fantastic job! The handle extends from floor to ceiling, offers great leverage, and the pointed, angled brush head was perfectly designed for scrubbing edges and flat surfaces alike. I was skeptical about the swivel head without a locking mechanism, but it actually worked to my advantage. Before getting this brush, I was never satisfied with the outcome of my laborious cleaning efforts, and I couldn't reach the high tiles. My husband does so much of the heavy housework besides working a 65 hour workweek, that I am especially grateful and happy to be able to pitch in again, and do a great job on my own. This means a lot to me, as I get very frustrated by not being able to do some of the things that used to come so easily for me. Thanks, NECO!!!

Worth every penny! By far the best thing you can buy to clean floor grout. I am totally impressed. I almost bought a commercial electric rotary scrubber for almost $400 because I was tired of trying to clean my "sealed grout" (sealed 2.5 years ago) with a regular short handle grout brush, with no real results and a sore back and knees to boot. So this was the last attempt. I gave this tool a shot and with just a bucket, plain water (no soap--leaves sticky residue), and a towel to wipe up as a went, I have my grout completely clean all over the house. I think the trick is the compact bristles with a fairly wide but pointed and long edge, and with the long handle it is very easy to put plenty of scrubbing pressure without a lot of effort. Add to that, much less fatigue and the job went much quicker than I thought. I did about 1700 square feet of tile in about five hours. The metal handle is sturdy and the bristles hold up well--did all tile in the house and no sign of wear.

The brush is wonderful. The problem for me is the handle. I tend to lean on it too hard when scrubbing. Operator's error?

Easy to use and does the job.. I mixed a cup of vinegar in a gallon of water and used the brushy to scrub my beige grout which was so dirty it was black in some places. The brush has a "v"shape that keeps it in the grout groove and an extendable handle so you can adjust to your height. It is easy to use standing up and the flexible head keeps an even brush pressure on the grout. I got our grout looking like new in about 40 minutes on an 8 x 14 foot area with 18 in tiles. My wife was really happy, so I was happy.

I thought the standing brush was a lot easier and faster to use than getting on my hands and knees with a scrub brush. I liked the fact that the head was movable and you could change direction. The only problem was that, in several areas, it destroyed the grout. I was not scrubbing that hard, wanting to be careful since it was the first time using it, and the bristles were not that rough that the grout should have been damaged. Also, I only used the same soap and water with which I was washing the floors, not some special grout cleaner. After the fact, I recognized that some of the areas where the grout was lifted were spots where the grout had been patched previously, so it may have been a problem with the grout preparation itself. Now I have to have the grout patched, but I did think the brush did a good job of cleaning many of the grout lines.

The bathrooms, front entryway, and back entryway at my house have tile with HUGE grout lines. And on top of that the grout sits much lower than the tile. Which made the grout basically impossible to clean. And I have 4 dogs, 1 of which is senior and sometimes has accidents inside, so I REALLY need to deep clean the grout on occasion. I tried a bunch of floor cleaners and nothing seemed to do a good job of getting the grout clean because they couldn't get down deep enough. I started using a scrub brush, and by the end I was in misery from being on my hands and knees scrubbing endless amounts of grout lines. I figured there had to be a solution and I was beyond relieved to find this product. The angle of the bristles is perfect for getting down deep between the tiles. And the long pole means I can stand while cleaning! No more hands and knees misery! I will never use anything else to clean the tiles and grout. This grout cleaner is worth every penny!

If I could give this 10 stars I would. Together with my Shark Steam Pro, my tile floors/grout look amazing. No more hands and knees for me to clean my grout. This product after 7 hours worked great. I really like the swivel head, it makes it pretty easy to use. The cleaning agent that I used was distilled white vinegar, and On Guard Concentrate from doTERRA. My floors haven't look this good in a while.

This is a real review, I just used this yesterday and I must say I was skeptical initially because the brush was so small. After I used it, I was pleasantly surprised with the results. I used full strength Hydrogen Peroxide and the grout looks amazing!
