Seems good
First one failed and wouldn't re-pair to the bridge.Second one has been going strong and battery life seems quite good.

Wouldn't connect - reset hole too small - reset button broke
As much as I've liked some of the other Sonoff products, this one left a sour taste in my mouth. Out of the package it refused to connect to the Sonoff Zigbee hub. It would flash for a little while and then turn off. The reset hole to put it into pairing mode was so small that I ended up having to cut down a small hat pin to get in there. Typical SIM tray ejectors wouldn't work. I eventually just popped it open and used a screwdriver, but the mounting for the button was so poor that it just broke after the second time.In short, don't buy this - there is one on here for a few dollars more and is absolutely worth it.

Works well if the batteries don't die
Works well if the batteries don't die. Pair easily with SmartThings and reports motion and battery percentage. In my routines I wait 2 minutes with no motion before turning off the lights and it seems to work well. When the battery dies I have an issue with repairing them with SmartThings. Stay away of from the cheap/knock off batteries on Amazon (even if it says its a brand name) and you might be OK for a year or more without issue.

Went from doubtful to impressed
Since this was so cheap I didn't have high hopes but decided to give it a try anyway. Turns out it was super easy to pair with my Smartthings hub and has been very reliable. I'm going to buy three more right now!

I had high hopes for this SNB-03 Motion Sensor, but, ...
The story regarding the Sonoff SNZB-03 ZigBee Motion Sensor did not start well, when removing the back to get to the battery was a great pain, then, the sensor did not initially connect after installing the battery and required a reset via the button behind the tiny hole (thankfully, I have a 0.6 mm probe). After reset, the sensor was connected to my Hubitat hub as, Generic Zigbee Motion Sensor (no temp), and it displayed a very good motion detection range throughout the day. For installation, instead of using the included adhesive tab, I 3D Printed a mount for it which I attached using VHB so that I could have easy access to the device. And what a good thing I did, as it appears that frequent access is necessary. The next morning, the sensor gave a quick flash when motion was detected in the area, but no trigger was logged on the hub. I tried the available 'configure' and 'refresh' commands from the hub, but this had no affect. I also tried short & intermediate presses of the device reset button without affect. After this, the device was deleted from the hub, then reset with the 3 second press of the button, and added to the hub again, then reconfigured in the rules in which it participates. After which it continued to work normally throughout the day. But, again, the next morning, the sensor flashed on motion in the area, but no trigger was logged to the hub. This time, I tried simply removing and replacing the battery, and the sensor began to log events on the hub. Much better (except for having to force the back open), but not something you want to have to do every morning. So, the detector portion seems to stay alive, but, something else within the unit seems to fall into a deep sleep after a longish period of inactivity. At this point, the sensor is in the mount I made for it with the back off for a simple reset, until a different brand replacement can be obtained. So, unlike my many, rock steady, Sonoff S40ZB Zigbee Smart Plugs, this SNZB-03 Zigbee Motion Sensor is looking like a disaster. However, the sensor has an excellent range and sensitivity with an active/inactive reset timing of ~60 seconds, but getting to the battery is a real pain with very high forces required, and the non-recovery from a longish idle period is not at all good. Also, it only reports motion state to the hub, but battery state is an important and very much needed value. This seems to be a "close, but, not quite" device. I had high hopes for it, but, it looks like, ** instead of ****, and, while I am still trying to find a formula that would make it dependable, it sure looks like I'm,Returning.

It works until it doesn't
I bought one and it worked well with Home Assistant, at first. The quality of the build shows its price, it's not great. Small things like resetting the sensor and opening the back cover to reveal the battery are unnecessarily challenging tasks. But, I moved on, as this is usually a one time setup. Usually. My problem with this device is its durability. After 6 weeks of light use it simply froze for no reason, it always kept detecting motion. So, I opened the back cover, took the battery out, did a factory reset, and nothing. I repeated this step several times; I even removed it from Home Assistant. It still didn't work.A few days after 30 days, the item is no longer eligible to be returned to Amazon, so I contacted the seller. Even that isn't straight forward, as the seller is located in China. I will no longer buy products from sellers located in China, as returns and obtaining warranty is nearly impossible for me. I was told I would get a reply soon, but it hasn't happened yet and I'm not holding my breath.I can't recommend this product, as it fails the durability test. I'll update this review if the seller ever replies. Spend a few more money and get something more durable.Update - 3/30/2022The seller refunded me the full purchase price and I’m giving this product now 3 stars instead of 2. Maybe my problem was an isolated one. Regardless, I’m happy I got my money back.

Terrible customer service, terrible product
I bought two sensors and the zigbee hub. Both sensors have tons of problems w/ disconnecting. Every time they disconnect, I spend 10-30 minutes trying to get them to repair. The latest sensor to disconnect wont' reconnect and I've given up. I contacted support and they were slow and asked for random videos and information that's difficult to get.Avoid this product at all cost, it's incredibly frustrating for saving a few bucks.
