I was cautious when the item came, remembering some reviewers mentioned damaged pieces when theirs arrived. The shipment came a day early, was heavy and everything was intact, well packaged and no damaged pieces. I was impressed with how they designed the packaging to get so many parts into the box without wasting an inch of space.Plenty of wrapping and not a single piece was damaged. The set is beautiful. I've used the set twice so far and I can see how it would change the way I adjust my cooking times for a set that responds quickly to temperature. I put a pot of water on to boil for pasta and I swear in less than 5 minutes the water was ready on my gas stove. Just a fluke I'm sure, your mileage may vary.I used the medium sauce pan to warm up some left-over chili, daring the finish to stain but it didn't. And I don't have to tell you how simple the clean up is with this set. Today I used the griddle for sausage patties and the small frying pan for fried potatoes with the medium pan for fried eggs. I swear everything tasted better because the light color means there is no invitation for the food to burn too quickly. I'm a baker as well, always sticking to lighter colored pans so that the bottoms of my beautiful cakes and breads do not darken to an untasteful crust.Used with the right tools, and cared for the right way, this cook ware should last a good long time. I look forward to cooking our meals now. And I particularly appreciate the way the lid can be propped onto the offset in the handle so that boiling liquids stay hot enough to maintain the boil while not boiling over. Happy Camper!

I really love these pots. They are easy to wash after a messy dinner. Burned food doesn’t stick to the surface. Great size and they are pretty. My only small gripe is that if you stack them on top of each other without the inserts they come with, the surface will chip. But that’s my own fault. Other than that I am super happy with my purchase. I highly recommend them.

If I could rate this cookware 10 stars I would. They cook like a dream. Uses no higher than medium heat! All the handles never get hot. They wash like a dream. I can go on and on. I also love the cooking utensils! You can't go wrong buying these.

I've been using these sets for 2 years and they've held up extremely well! The nonstick coating is still in tact, and I love the light color as it's easier to find and clean stains.

I've had my Carote nonstick cookware for a little over 5 months, and overall, I'm really happy with my purchase. It's definitely a pleasure to use in the kitchen.One minor downside is that my frying pan has developed some staining over time. While it’s not a dealbreaker and I’m still very much in love with the way they look, it’s worth noting that the stains are there. Both of my frying pans, I've noticed small scratches. I’m not sure where they came from since I’m careful about not using metal utensils, but they’re quite tiny. While I’m hoping they don’t affect the performance or longevity, it’s something to keep an eye on.Despite the scratches and stains, I still use them daily and appreciate how they function. They're durable and stylish, and the nonstick surface makes cooking and cleaning so much easier. I'd recommend Carote cookware to anyone looking for affordable, effective nonstick pans, but just be mindful of potential scratches with regular use.

I had been researching cookware for a while because I needed to replace all my old Teflon, and I knew I wanted granite instead of ceramic. This brand popped up several times, with good reviews, so when I noticed the price drop I decided to give it a shot. It does not disappoint! Nothing sticks! My kids eat a ton of fried eggs, and the eggs turn out perfectly in these pans. I use a tiny spritz of olive oil, but I feel like even without oil they would still flip without sticking. Everything cooks beautifully, and clean up is a snap. I use silicon or wood utensils, so scratches won’t be an issue. I was concerned about getting my husband on board with hand washing because he likes to stick everything in the dishwasher (RIP my 30 year old Calphalon), but literally nothing sticks! Even homemade mac and cheese rinsed out with no scrubbing. In my experience, the only learning curve came with heat modulation. I have a gas stove, so I had to get used to using lower heat settings, especially when simmering soups.The 21 piece set has everything I needed. The egg pan is a little odd. I haven’t used it yet because I use the frying pans. I also haven’t used the pan protectors because I don’t manhandle my cookware. The lids make everything pretty easy to stack. I also love that the sauce pans have pour spouts!I have a feeling I’m going to get each of my kids a set of these when they get their own places. It’s really a great set.

High quality and aesthetically pleasing. Non stick surface makes clean up a breeze. Overall very happy with purchase.

These are good pans. The non stick is great. They are BEAUITFUL! Wash easy and cook good. Only complaint is part of the handle was damaged from the stove after first use. Be sure you DO NOT have your burner set too high as it will damage the handles.Also wish they were dishwasher safe. However this isn't a huge issue because the non stick works so well washing is easy.
