Hard to take apart once put together
You cant take it apart once together, so ive had to put it in larger box as i use it for work on breaks. It will snap if i pull it apart, it is flimsy could be more solid

Useful item.
Size is 10" NOT 12" - why not be accurate! Works efficiently, but very difficult to assemble arm to Bluetooth unit - after spending ages trying to fit it, a young helper came and managed to do it, thank goodness. I was afraid to break it by using too much force!

Poor value
Not how I expected. Poor quality compared to other versions I’ve seen. I returned the product and that part of the process was very easy.

Stand to hold the phone is not very sturdy doesnt clip in to the back of the magnifyer properly
Loved the oucture quality but the phone kept falling off because the stand keeps falling apart not very sturdy

Perfect for travelling.
Got this for our travels rather than taking my laptop. Takes less space and provides a good viewing experience. Simply clicks together with your phone and away you go, nice little 12 inch image to watch. Sound quality is ok for a small device.
