It’s stretchy at the top and the skirt part is beautiful.. my 3 year old wore a long sleeved shirt under it because it was winter and it looked great still. She’s still wearing it now

My 6 yo bonus daughter absolutely loved this for a gift. She put it on immediately and wears it all the time. Quality seemed great and it has held up. She is pretty small for her age, so it was slightly too big for her- but not a big deal at all. The size smaller probably would have been a perfect fit, but no space to grow.
