3Dman 15A 250V Rocker Switch Power Socket Inlet Module Plug 5A Fuse Switch with 5Pcs 16-14 AWG Wiring 3 Pin IEC320 C14

I have a rather high power use for this switch/plug assembly that I needed at least a 15 amp rating on the switch, fuse, and wiring to ensure enough overhead for power. Read past the headline and further into the description it appears the switch is only rated at 10 amp at 125vac. I threw a 15 amp fuse in and will carefully monitor for overheating during operation when I finally get my project back up and running.... I'm sure it'll eat me up knowing it's not rated for it even if it works and will end up ordering a different one.

I received the newer 3 wire version of this power socket and it came with the 3 wires with spade connectors as shown in the photos. 2 of the 3 spade connectors were tight fitting to the power socket, while 1 of them was slightly looser, but that was easily rectified with some pliers.If you remove the wires from the power socket, you'll see that there are markings for which wire is neutral and which is the line. Would have been nice if the markings weren't hidden by the connectors, but it's not a big deal. It's easy enough to also verify via a continuity test with a multi-meter.Also, the rocker switch itself lights up when in the on position and when power is flowing to it.

Used for a custom made AC to DC converter enclosure. Nice input power receptacle that uses a standard "computer plug" type power cable. The wiring outputs from the receptacle are nice in that they already have crimped on lugs with heat shrink insulation to make the typical connections to a terminal strip. One drawback is that the wires do not use standard (in the USA) AC colors for line input, return, and grounding black, white, and green, respectively. This cost one star.

I liked these switches because they look nice, and they came with wires ready to install with the power supply that I wanted to use to power a transceiver. The wires have connectors on them that are perfect to connect to the screw terminal strip on the power supply. These switches also have a 5 amp fuse built in the switch. Overall, very pleased with this product.

Excellent value, good dimensional stability, and most of all the pre-crimped wires make for super easy assembly. I have dinged 1 star because it is unclear if these are UL-listed. If there were any safety certification that they could sell with us buyers then I would love to give this product a full 5 star review!

I have an old pachislo machine with a bad power cord. I added this to allow new cables to be easily swapped out and to provide a power switch. I plan to use the 2nd one for an arcade game cabinet I'm building. There were other similar items available but they were not pre-wired. This made installation a snap.

Easy to install as use. Has all the parts needed. Great product.

I liked that it was exactly as advertised. I dislike that none of the wires are marked and the back of the receptacle isn't marked either. A quick continuity check will tell you what is what but instructions or markings would be nice. Also, I would have preferred buying only 1, not 2 receptacles.

This power switch is ideal for the Anet A8. This is because the Anet A8 has no power switch so this means that you have to keep unplugging the power cable at the wall.The product also makes the printer safer as it has a built-in fuse.The Switch on the Power Switch also lights up.To be able to use this Power Switch you need an IEC Kettle Lead.Because the Power Switch has a switch, you can easily turn off the power quickly if something goes wrong with the 3D Printer.I need to print a holder for the Power Switch to be able to mount it to my Power Supply.

I bought this to go into a cover I had made for a 3D Printer power supply. Does what is says on the tin. The ready wired power socket and switch makes fitting that much simpler.

Switch is great and works brilliantly on my 3D printer but be careful to double check your wiring before installation as mine came with the live and neutral wires reversed.If you can, check with a multi meter on continuity first to confirm you've got things the right way around before using it.If you're at all unsure then check with a qualified electrician!
