Philips Norelco Wet & Dry Shaver Bonus Set with Travel Pouch and Additional Shaving Head Included

Great price for a model 5290 shaver plus travel case and a set of additional shaving heads. I used the "old style" model for a long time, which was compact and heavier than this newer version with a neck and then the shaving blades spread out on the surface. I've found the spread out shaving blade to be more effective in my [dry] shave around chin and lips than the old model. The new model is a little more challenging by ear and sideburns. This model is easier to get the hairs out when cleaning due to the head's spread out nature. The feel in the hand is different, as it is longer and skinnier. Some complain this new style is less well made and blades spin at a lower rate. To me it is lighter and remains to be seen if quality is less. No complaints so far. As to the slower spin rate, I think the neck, plastic design and spread out shaver heads gives a totally different sound, so hard to tell if there is any difference. I'm very happy with the purchase.

According to what I read before I bought this razor it was supposed to make your face/head smooth as a baby rear. What I came to find out is even after using it for 20 min I still had a 5 o'clock shadow. So don't waste your money on this junk!!!!!!

For the brand and extra money it does not shave as well as one half it’s cost that I had for 3 years. Takes way too long to shave over and over to cut.

I bought it for my father, he said the power was weak and he said it was better for people that had very thin hair. He didn’t care for it.

It’s a great value for this shaver I was very impressed with it.

It does not cut hair that good all ready a month and I had to change the blade I wast of money I think I am disappointed

I have another one and like them both very well.
