Direct bolt on, easy to install. Came well packaged. Keeps my Volts 14.4 which is really helping my 3000 watt stereo system out. Still going to need a extra battery but this alt has definitely helped. Hopefully it lasts for awhile but so far it’s great.

Probably the single best alternator I've put in any of my vehicles. Direct bolt on, so it's as simple as can be. You've got two wires to cut and connect to the new plug. Really easy. Iused some solder shrink tube that's waterproof. You can find diagrams and go from there. But really, you've got a50/50 shot of being right lol Actually, if you're unsure, go online or call someone. I have no more courage drop in anything, at idle, or driving. My headlights finally stay a consistent brightness and I no longer have my HVAC fan going up in down in rpms.

I took it out the box to inspect it because you know delivery places either don't care or something happened idk and I don't care, all I know is I looked at the spot where you put your positive wire on the protective cover was broken. I haven't installed it yet but when I do I'll take off my old one, really is no big deal alternator works great. Been years now that it’s been in the truck still goin.
