I lived in a Major City for some years and after leaving found out I had some Vitamin Deficiencies and I have issues with eating alot of common foods. Correcting them has helped me in so many ways but Ive noticed Im sluggish by the end of the week before my Vitamin D pill so I thought I would start taking Zinc as the two work well together, Its turned out to be great choice for me. Im a pretty big person and these 50mg Zinc with Vitamin C pills have been enough that after a few days of trying them Ive had one of the best weeks Ive had in a while at work, socially and wanting to get things done. Anyhow with my conditions Ive found this to be a valuable product after using it all week. It contains 90 servings which for the price which is good , its also in a powder which I believe is a highly soluble form, though the pill is larger this way its for the best I think.

This zinc is derived from zinc picolinate and contains a small amount of vitamin C, I assume for absorption. I prefer this as it’s closer to being an organic compound that mirrors what the body makes naturally. The pills are a good size and not like those horse pills you sometimes get. I included a picture for size reference. Seeing as how it’s supposed to help your skin, mood, an immune function, this supplement is a win!

I bought this to go along with the vitamin program that I take regularly. I use this zinc picolinate for eye health, and to help fight colds. Zinc is so essential for the body and if you don't have a zinc supplement in your life, you need one. This one is of good quality and does not hurt my stomach.I felt it was a good product with a reasonable price for the amount supplied.

These pills are fairly large like a fish oil pill but go down easily. Started my 9 yr old son on them as I had read they help with the effectiveness of ADHD meds and it has helped him. Go do some research as this is not medical advice. Zinc is not an easy mineral to know if it works or doesn’t unless you test for it but I know we are healthier for having them.

Great product, I received and it's exactly what i expect from my supplements.Concentration i hate having to take more than one pill or capsule for a single supplement here you have all you need on a capsuleAdditionally i look for soft gels or capsules because not only absortion is better i can added to protein shakes or electrolyte drinksI like the fact this is a made in the USA product another particularlity i like on my supplement

My husband and I started taking this supplement regularly when COVID hit. We have been exposed several times (unknowingly) and every test has come back negative for the illness. I do believe it has helped boost our immune system to be stronger. Not a doctor, just my opinion.
