I used this cord to connect my gaming headset to a mix amp. The cord gave me horrible sound quality both input side and output side. Will not be using this cord at all.

After replacing headphones for the 5th time (due to my daughters cat having some fetish for chewing only this particular cord), we bought a pair that has a replaceable cord. As you guessed it, this is/was the replacement cord. Well...the first. The cord is a good quality cord and performs as expected. My daughter enjoyed using it until it too was chewed up into several small pieces. Will definitely order again for my daughter and maybe one specifically for the cat

It snaps in the same place so easily but works perfect for my headsets...🤦🏽‍♀️

I originally left a poor review, however I received amazing customer service and have chosen to update. They cord works great although I got a faulty cord at first, without question the company sent me a replacement free of charge. Would do business with them again!

This works perfectly. Cost is very affordable. I bought two for my A10 that use with my laptop and A40 that use with the console.You won't be disappointed.

Volume slider when set at max may cause the volume to be unbalanced on the right and left speakers. Mute switch doesn't block all sound. If you are talking loudly sometimes the voice will come through.

I bought this as a reasonably priced replacement for my Logitech G433 cable. It is nearly identical (some variation in the design of the 3.5mm jack housing, which is understandable) however the in-line mute and volume wheel functions are definitely garbage. When jogging the volume wheel you will hear crackling and noise, as well as transient audio clicks/bleeps/burps from your source. There are some odd clicks when I transition from one youtube video to the next, for example. Also, the mute function harshly effects the audio coming into my headphones: While un-muted, the sound is scratchy and contains a great deal of what I can only descibe as static. When switched to mute (yes, it is backwards) the quality improves. Weird that a mic mute function should effect the audio quality but, well, what did I expect for ten bucks.Logitech basically refuses to resupply/replace the genuine cables so we're all stuck with stuff like this. I'll keep it and use it for the extra aux function it provides, but the advertised features are less than worthless.I would recommend skipping it.
