This is a excellent made glass tempered dispenser with stainless steel spigot. Well designed glass lid fits well over top. Will fit where others do not due to dimensions. Wide opening at top for easy cleaning and design is a piece of art. Ordered May 16th and received May 22nd. Packaged very well. Made in India this is a quality hand blown product in every way and well worth the price. May 25th. Update. Have used dispenser for four days and liquid flows thru without dripping. Also, you do not have to remove or unscrew cover to keep liquid flowing thru spigot.Update: It is July 23rd and dispenser is working perfect. Have made several pitchers of different flavored tea and all were excellent. Do to the design of the top cover tea stays fresh for a long time. If you are a ice tea lover you should purchase this BirdRock glass dispenser.

I was looking for a very specific size and style of a dispenser. I wanted it to be easy to clean and open and I didn't want it to have any plastic parts because they break easy and I don't want it to leak on my wood floors if anything happened. This was one of the only ones I found that had the size I needed and had a metal spigot!I'm using it to store spring water on my plant shelf for easy dispensing of water into my tiny watering can so I don't have to deal with the gallon bottles every time I need to water my plants.It was important to me that it was easy to open and refill without having to remove it from the shelf to avoid accidents when moving around the huge full jug after every refilling. The glass top is very slim and doesn't have a knob on top that would take up unnecessary space, so I can remove the top with ease inside the shelf.It looks really pretty and feels super sturdy, the glass is thick and so far I've bumped the glass top into things a few times when I take it off to refill the jug but it's still in one piece.Besides the metal spigot I love that it doesn't have any cork or rubber or anything on the inside of the glass top that could trap water and start molding. I know these things are added to soften the blow when you put the top on too roughly, but I'd rather take my time putting it back on carefully than having to deal with a mold problem. I've had water jugs with cork softeners before and they always mold without a fault so this one so far looks like it'll last me a lifetime without issues.

This product looks elegant and dispenses drinks smoothly and consistently. Very sturdy in construction. My only complaint is that the spout is a couple inches above the bottom, so you have to really tilt the pitcher to get the last of it out.

These are just lovely! I used them for the first time to cater a party, and they worked out wonderfully!I only caught pictures at the end when most of the drinks had been enjoyed- but the dispensers showed off a beautiful green honeydew melon juice beautifully. They are a perfect shape, the box the came in is great for transporting them both easily and safely. The spigots worked very well, no leaking, and the glass lids are unique and looked really chic. These have a very expensive and professional look to them, and I can't wait to use them again!Highly recommended!

It's a bit larger than I needed, and I'd hoped to find a smaller, somewhat less expensive one, but I knew that when I ordered it. This is to replace a cheap one on a stand that looks OK but has a terrible spout (plastic, poor flow; I ordered a stainless spout, which doesn't fit, so I opted for this one which has a stainless spout). The glass is prettier than I expected, and the spout works well. I'm using it for making kombucha (continuous kombucha). Cleaning is straightforward - the glass has plenty of room at the top to get in for cleaning. The top is also glass, but doesn't seal tightly, so it may have enough breathing room - if not, a muslim top should work.

This has been a fantastic addition to my kitchen. I use it to hold water. I don't use tap water and I wanted a convenient holder for my filtered water. This is beautiful and the spigot is smooth and doesn't drip. I bought this because of the hammered glass and because I didn't want to have to install the spigot.I saw that one reviewer noted that the glass lid was prone to chipping, but with careful handling, I have had no issues with that at all. I would not recommend putting this in the dishwater. It's easy enough to clean. This has been one of my favorite ever purchases on amazon. Highly recommend.

I loved this when I got it. The first one had a few to many defects in the glass and I was quickly given a replacement which made me happy. I've had it about 8 months maybe less and this morning when I opened the dishwasher I found it cracked on the bottom. I am always VERY careful when handling it and I never put it in the dishwasher when it is cold. I also never place it in a full dishwasher, taking extra care to ensure nothing touches it while in there. Lastly it is the bottom that is cracked and that defiantly didn't touch anything since it is upside down when being washed. The spinner for the top rack also has plenty of clearance. I would say to those thinking about placing it in a dishwasher, don't do it. For $50 I think it should have been made dishwasher safe, or at minimum it should state that it isn't dishwasher safe in the description instead of saying "easy to clean". Hope this review saves someone from breaking theirs. UPDATE, I purchased a new one, when it arrived I HAND washed it in warm water, my hands were completely submerged in the water it was NOT hot. I very gently cleaned it, filled it with water, let it drain and as I walked away I hear it crack. Sure enough the bottom cracked. As much as I loved this pitcher, I can not recommend it since there is obviously something wrong with the way it is manufactured.
