While networking heavily through various channels such as in-person mixers, social media, volunteering and referral partners, I turned to Patricia Iyer’s book, Networking for LNCs. This resource provided guidelines on how to efficiently and effectively build relationships with new and current contacts. This guidebook also showed how to keep track, follow up and thank those who have been helpful. I am excited to apply these strategies in my business.
