Strong material and well made
Bought this item to use after an ankle operation to assist in mobility exercises. The surface area is very good with a good grip under foot. Provides me with everything I need to do my exercises for my ankle to promote recovery. Very easy to set up for use and the information is in English! The only reason I only gave this four stars is that the pump supplied is very flimsy but is the only negative point.I highly recommend this Umi balance trainer, great value and quality.

Pump useless!!
Ball I'm sure is fit for purpose but the pump is useless.After an hour with all the ends flying all over the room during the attempt to inflate with zero progress. I borrowed my neighbours tyre inflator and did it in seconds.Let's just hope it retains some air for a reasonable time.

Nice product
Good product and value for money compared to the original Bosu ball, only reason I did not give 5 stars is it is uncomfortable to lay on due to the nobbly bits, would have been better with a smoother surface

Good quality bosu
Having used the original bosu at the gym, this is of equal quality but at a much better price. My only gripe is the raised ‘feet’ on the flat side, which get in the way and feel uncomfortable when standing flat side up.

Excellent piece of kit.
Excellent product, comes with its own pump to inflate it. Multiple uses and comes with a sheet showing which exercises can be done on this balance board. Can be used to make press ups etc that bit harder. Great for improving your core. Can be used for lunges, squats and various other exercises. Good for improving your balance too. Looking forward to using this more as part of my exercise routine.

Highly recommend!
If you are worried it might not be quality because it's less expensive, don't be. It's great and has held up very well with lots of use.
