Ezcap282 Video Capture Hdmi, Record 1080p Hd Video Into Usb Disk or Sd Card Directly,no Pc Enquired. White

Got it in the mail, everything seemed to check out. Did everything I could to get it to work, but to no avail. The device lights up (along with the USB flash drive connected to it), but no matter what device or input I use with it, the device refuses to do anything when I hit the record button. Maybe if I could get it working eventually, I'll change my review, but for how it is marketed as a "convenient one-touch recording device without the need for a PC", it does a shoddy job in the convenience department. My advice, don't be such in a rush, and if you DO decide to buy, watch where you buy it from, because you might not be able to get a refund.

it did not work with my Sony fx7 camcorder. I was not able to send video or audio thru- this device to my pc so i can edit it. Not sure why

this is a pretty decent capture card. Not everything made in China is crap. The recording quality is nice and crisp just as it is on the monitor. It can hook up old and new consoles and pcs very good. I bought this for ps3 which has a blocker so you cant record in HD from PS3 which is kind of BS but i cant knock the card because all capture cards will have this problem. I also would perfer this capture card to the other more "professional" or "amercian" made or brand name capture cards because you dont need a computer to record which is a plus and reduces the amount of wires needed. the file sizes are very small but great quality only reason it isnt a 5 star is the plastic feel kind of cheap and light but so far nothing wrong with it and it works like a charm

1. You can only use USB or SD card to capture.2. Device automatically segments videos into 2GB chunks.3. HDMI in does not function at allGet off of this page and go buy something else.

i really like it but i need to find how to use my turtle beach microphone with it
