Great product and fit my gas line

Fits Champion tri fuel generator
Used it to quick connect my Champion tri fuel generator. The factory supplied hose came with a Quick connect fitting, but on only one side. I can confirm the 1/2” quick connection sold here fit the brass hose connection on the other side, making it easy to connect the generator to the natural gas line when needed and detach and store it away when not.

Exactly what I needed to hook up my natural gas grill
I went to 5 different stores looking for this connector and none had them. All the places had the entire kit for 60 bucks which I didn’t need to buy the entire conversion kit. Finally took a chance and got it online and it worked great. Allowed me to hook my existing natural gas grill to my external gas line.

Gas Quick Connect
I am an experienced DIYer. I used this quick connect and its male counterpart to install an outside LP fire pit. The fire pit is portable so it will be stored inside during the winter months. Thus, the use of a quick connect male and female. DO NOT do a combustible gas install if you unsure about how to proceed properly. In many communities, a licensed plumber is required to perform this install... Durability cannot be assessed at this time as this project was just completed.

Great connector, not for residential grills
This connector was super easy to install and well constructed, however I later learned that it was not the correct size for residential grills.
