I’ve used this product for a long time and have referred friends and family to use it as well. I noticed a total change when I started using it there was no hair loss and actual hair growth. My son uses it now and has seen a hair growth in places where it needed it! This is great shampoo. And conditioner!

Been using this for 6 months or so. Wife likes the smell and it makes my full head of hair look and smell great. One of my breakfast buddies even asked if he could pet it (I declined, of course. modesty matters). I plan to buy more as I need it. Both my head and my shoulders belong to Biotin now.

Love the shampoo but unlocking the pumps was very difficult and frustrating. I had to get my husband to help me do it. The shampoo and conditioner made my hair soft and manageable. Even the next day after mouse. Etc. it was easy to style.

I love everything about this shampoo and conditioner. I've been using this duo for almost 2 years exclusively and have no desire to switch to anything else. This is my 2nd order.

PROS: My hair loss is definitely improving thanks to these products.CONS: After each use, my hair is dry and extremely frizzy. My hair doesn't have any luster.I will buy these items one more time to fully help with my hair loss, even if I am dissatisfied with the way my hair looks and feels.

I purchased this product in the hopes that it would promote hair growth, and thickness, as it states. I’ve been using this for a few months now and have not noticed any changes with thickness or growth. My hair was falling out in clumps in the shower. It also states that it’s anti-dandruff. I’ve never had dandruff so that part didn’t matter to me but this product made my scalp really itchy and then I noticed, after using it for two months, that I was getting dandruff! Something I have not experienced. I would not recommend this product. It doesn’t do anything it claims and it also GAVE me dandruff. Which is crazy! I’ve now switched shampoo/conditioner. I still have quite a bit of this product left so I will either throw it away or see if I know anyone who wants it (after informing them of what happened to me with it.) I did not have a good experience with the actual use of this product. Waste of money.

I have been using this product for over 3 years. Results are amazing. I will continue to use this product.
