Very nice product. I liked the packaging. It came in a nicely packaged box that was wrapped in bubble wrap for protection. Once unwrapping, I was surprised to find that the cord for the machine was so short. Wish it came with a longer cord, but can easily be fixed with an extension cord. First use was on my legs on a level 2. Only felt a warm sensation, no burning or pain until I got to sensitive areas like behind my knees. Number started at 500,298. Took me about an hour and a half to do both legs. This could probably be cut down, I was being meticulous. Today I could tell no stubble had grown back, which was surprising. Tonight I used it on my under arms on a level 2. Could feel a little bit warmer sensation but this is a more sensitive area. Will continue to use and update as I see results. But so far, so good.EDIT: I have now used this product 3 times on my legs. I have shaved before use each time. The hair is still growing, but it seems to be thinner and more fine. Not the dark coarse hair that was there before. So I do see a difference. Will continue to use weekly and see what happens. BTW, first use was on #2 setting. 2nd use was on #3 setting, and 3rd use was on #4 setting. Still a warm sensation, but not painful.

I used to pay $140. Laser places, appts, it’s worth buying this one. It works good. Does help a lot but it doesn’t completely stop growing hair. It’s been 4 months I was so happy that after doing every 5 days my hair felt almost gone from my whole body. I used it everywhere.But I noticed not using for 3 weeks I started to grow hair again but not as thick. So it’s not bad still comparing to my itchi thick hair. helps 80%. You just have to keep using it for the rest of your life. I use it all over my face, under arms, legs bikini line and toes 🥴.It heats up at the plug site after a while but I let it go for about 45 min. I don’t do all in one day.

The directions are way toooo tiny. I can barely read it. There is no explanation of what anything is. I can't find any information on what RS, LVL FUN or HR mean. Then there is something called method of skin operation? what is that? there is no details about what these things mean. What is this skin method what does that mean? Why is the writing so painfully small. I find the instructions incredibly incomplete and confusing. I am very unhappy about the laziness involved in the instruction manual I would be embarrassed if this was my personal work. There is so much information being left out. What are all these different functions RS LVL FUN HR what is this skin function and do I need it for the hair removal do I really have to use this alternating what is all of this. This is soooo bad

I really liked this product because it differed from other IPL hair removers. This was the only one I have seen with the cooling ice feature. This is nice for people with sensitive skin like myself. I have read in some of the reviews that other IPL's actually sting really bad and I have even experienced this myself. This items makes it completely painless to use due to the ice function. I would never use other IPL devices on delicate areas, but with this item I have no fear due to having absolutely zero pain. In addition it is nice that it comes with a smaller attachment lazer window, for areas like the face, which most devices don't include. With this item I started to see a reduction in the growth of hair after 2 weeks. You do have to be patient. You must allow time before you start seeing a difference in the hair cycle growing back more sparse, after a couple weeks of use consistantly. You will not see a difference overnight. As the instructions indicate on most of these devices, you have to be diligent about using the IPL for approximately 3 months until you receive the full benefits of the device. This should be the time frame where you permanently have no regrowth of hair. I am looking forward to achieving a totally hair free body where I will no longer have to buy expensive razors & shave gel for ladies. That will save me a lot of time and money.

Extremely happy with this product, painless and efficient laser removal from an pain free approach, build quality is top notch and the results are seen after only two uses. I was able to do my entire body: hands, legs, lip, bikini, and underarm in less than 15 minutes, the only side effect was a warm feeling, with no irritation. After a few weeks the hair is very light and thinner, over time I expect this to fade. I cannot be happier with any other purchase I've made, I'm glad I spent the extra amount, I've been quoted almost a thousand dollars to have this done professionally when it was not needed.

The laser removal device is no joke! After 5-6 uses my legs, arms, and under arms have seen the difference. I shave every 3-4 days with minimal hair. I would shave and need to shave again a day later. My skin is fair and my hair is thick and dark. The light bulb on this device will last you years, and I love the feature where you can put it in auto mode and as soon as the device is in place, it clicks and you move on to the next area of your body. The settings are easy to use, definitely up the level after each use, your skin needs to get use to the sting. Comes with a manual, sunglasses to protect your eyes, although I never use it, and a small razor. Stop shaving and waxing your legs, invest in this device, you'll save money in the long run.

I don’t usually write reviews but this IPL is amazing!!I did laser hair removal on all parts and after several years some stragglers have been coming in. This device removed them and Has kept all areas hair free. I never did my underarms with laser and now I am hair free.I used level 3 and no sensitivity. You are supposed to use it on shaved areas but I tried some thin hairs to see if it would work and after a few pulses they disappeared. You should shave through for better penetration to the follicle. Definite buy!!
