as expected EXCEPT there are NO label indicating weight/resistance, DESPITE a label clearly visible on the marketing photos. That's very disappointing!! the set I had before (different brand) had the weights labelled on the elastics

Pretty nice. Like that I can use them in the house or take them to the park and work out while I'm walking.

This product is very useful in getting back into the groove of working out. I love that the bands are different “weights” and I can use them in so many ways. I do wish the flyer that came along with it had bigger images to look at. Trying to see exactly what movements to do with a tiny diagram was a bit confusing. Overall, great price for this product.

Resistance is not great and when trying certain exercises the ankle strap is poor quality. The strap rubs and pulls, the velcro made me feel it would losen and snap. I expected more. Not a great buy, this is made for someone looking for an entry level workout.

Yellow band has already broken... and I was using it with all the other bands attached, not alone. Disappointed.
