UPDATED: I bought this in May. Used it as directed, 3-4 times a week only on my under arms. Then it just died so I left negative feedback and was so disappointed. The seller contacted me about it and offered to replace it on a 1 year warranty. I am thrilled! I have seen results with the unit and I’m very happy to be able to continue with a new one. Customer service was great! I highly recommend the unit and the seller!

I've only done a few sessions with this gizmo and it's a bit too early to tell how well it works at this point. I'll update this review at the end of 8 weeks. What I can say is that the instruction booklet has pretty clear instructions, it's comfortable to use and I have had zero skin irritation after using this.

I'm so excited about this hair removal device. I've done two rounds of it and can tell a difference already. The price is such a great deal as just one procedure would cost this much at an office. The light that comes in seems like it will last a very long time. It counts down the uses you have left. And it doesn't get any more convenient that being able to use it in the privacy of your own home any time you choose.

 Came before what expected. Professionally packed, has everything u will need on it. Having a very sensitive skin so removing hair was always a problem for me. I’m shying person to do it in salon outside and they are so expensive. Got this one and it’s not painful at all as I was thinking. Just use it 2 times so far. Will update it after 2 or 3 weeks to let u know the results, but from what I can see right now I can say that it will works.

I have used this hair remover a few times now. At first it startled me when the flash went off. But soon I got the hang of it. The English directions are a poor translation, so they are difficult to understand. I just pulled the "trigger" every 5 seconds or so. That's about the time it took to recharge the flash. I pressed the nozzle up against my skin. It doesn't hurt. I even used the highest power. However, you'll have to use the hair remover a few times over the course of a few weeks to eliminate hair growth.

The forth time I was using this product the little orange glass in the head of the flasher broke, I am very disappointed I actually started to see some results , i am not sure why the glass has broken but it did in the middle of a my treatment!Update!!!!I did contact amazon and they agreed to send me a new device which arrived here today and I already try it on, they device looks perfect no cracks or damage and it’s working good!The seller also contacted me after my review and they were very concerned about my safety, they offered me some refund and they are been contacting me a couple times to make sure I received a new device and know if it’s working well.I am very pleased with this seller their customer service is really awesome, I totally recommend!!!Overall I am very happy about this purchase and I will continue to buy more products from this seller!

This worked really well for me. I used it to laser my upper lip, and it immediately worked. This was after only one use. I will use it again like the instructions say to remove it permanently, but so far I am extremely happy with my results. Very easy to use, and settings are adjustable so it’s not too hot in skin. I’m excited to start with other areas too!
