Half rock hard and stale, half fine
Not sure what happened to this batch, but half were rock hard and stale while the other half were fine. Not the freshest, but fine. I still ate them all, naturally.

Unsafe opened container of candy that's nonrefundable
Item was opened upon receiving candy was all over the box. With everything that is going on I don't feel comfortable with giving it to my children or their friends. Very disappointed and I'm glad that I didn't order 2 of them because now I see that its nonrefundable which is unfair to the customer to be stuck with open container that was supposed to be closed and protected.
