HEATGENE Towel Warmer 3 Flat Bar Towel Dryer Wall-Mounted Plug-in Bath Towel Heater - Matt Black

I bought this for my wife for Christmas and installed it myself. Overall I like the product. The 3 reasons for the 4 stars are... 1. I wish it had more heat bars. There are parts of the towels that don’t get as warm. (Pic 3) There are options out there with more bars, although, they’re all chrome. I have zero interest in chrome. 2. The cord is a coil-type vs a straight cord. I custom install everything, period. I routed the cord through the wall using a hole the exact size of the cord. (Pic 2) While pulling the wire through the wall, I had to constantly flip the entire unit end over end due to the coil-type cord. It was quite difficult as I was solo. 3. The screws that come with the unit are total crap. I always use my own hardware on installs, although, they appeared solid. I drove one in and it stripped just before the head hit the bracket. I had to bore it out and use the good stuff. It looks great and my wife likes the warm towels. Hope this helps.

You have to remember to turn this on at least an hour before your shower. The bar gets really hot but the towel doesn't get warm. Also you should install upside down because the on off switch is under neath and difficult to turn on. Also it is not in a good position and you can forget to turn it off. This product needs an auto off feature, like your iron does.

My family is really enjoying having warm towels after we got this towel warmer. It's not too big. Just about big enough for 2 regular towels, which is perfect for the bathroom our kids mainly use. Installed it well enough, and we are using a plug-in programmable timer to turn it on and off, which makes it really convenient. Thanks for this great product!

Love love this towel warmer. It looks nice and contemporary but mine came with a chip in the paint. The install is fairly complicated but doable. I also thought it had an auto-shutoff but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Regardless I am still happy with the purchase.

My mistake, thought it would heat up the towel faster. By the time your shower is done, the bars are just starting to warm up. I guess if you plan your showers in advance, it would be ideal, but it doesn't get used because ... ain't nobody got time fo dat!

Actually received such bad goods. Cannot be returned because it has been sent to Taiwan .

I love the towel warmer. I just wish the bars were hotter. I noticed the bars on each side are very warm. I love that my towels are not cold anymore. Best item I bought for myself.👍
