Although it took two tries to get the color match correct, the second effort came out perfect.I recently fell and sustained a very bad scrape on my shin (about 4 inches long). Unfortunately, I scar easily and once healed I was left with a very visible and dark red scar on the front of my shin - very unsightly with capris and skirts. This product covered it so well that there is absolutely no evidence of it.As indicated, my first attempt did not match my skin tone - way too dark. Due to that, I can attest that this product is definitely waterproof. Trying to remove the original application with soap and water failed. I then used the included oil which did work - although it did take a bit of scrubbing. I then mixed a new batch that was much lighter, using a very small amount of the darker pigment and tested it on a small area first and then applied it to the entire scar - it came out perfect. It has completely covered the scar for the last four days despite both daily showers and baths in my jetted tub. There is still no evidence of the scar!

I have very visible broken veins on my legs with fairer skin and a neutral undertone. The light color of this product has a very pink undertone and adding a bit of the darker color made it worse so it is impossible to match my skin tone. Yes, I can put makeup over it but worried it will rub off on my dress. Would need several additional coats to cover also. I haven't found anything else so will keep it but would definitely not by again.

No one will believe this review, but I swear on my life it's true. My husband decided it would be a brilliant idea to get airlipo (liposuction) on his abdomen just EIGHT daysprior to our Jamaican nudist resort vacation. Tried to talk that man out of it knowing the significant bruising it would cause, but he's gonna do what he wants to do. (You know the type, ladies). Long story short, I spend 30 min a day using this stuffcovering dark bruises on his lower back and sides. When I tell you this stuff is good, I'm not kidding. It covered bruising completely and stayed on even after up to 10 hours of pool and ocean swimming! We were amazed. I used some of my larger makeup brushes to apply it since it was large areas. Because we used daily for 8 days, we went through the remover and bought baby oil, which removed it each night.

The colors are ashy when mixed leaving a strange color tone when makeup settles into skin.

I tried this on before I took a shower. I was impressed that I didn't need to shop around for my shade because I could essentially create it. I was further impressed with what I came up with and kept the rest in the little customization jar I received in the package. I got into the shower and told myself I won't lather the part of my body that I used the product on but because of habit I did. I has no problem reapplying. When I got our the shower, to my surprise I did not need to apply. The application did not budge. My only concern was the plastic packaging inside was cracked up and it does get messy mixing the product. But now that I know I'll just make sure I am prepared for the mess and I just thew out the plastic container. Free return, money back guarantee but they will not be getting this back!

I had high hope for this product because of the reviews however there were a couple problems. Some reviewers did say it took some time to get the right color match for your skin and that was true however, I practiced and did finally get there on about the 3rd try. My issue is was that I could never get the makeup to completely cover my tattoo. I don’t even have a super big or intricate tattoo. I just have a wrist tattoo in black that I wanted to cover for professional reasons. It did lighten it but it was still clearly visible. Secondly, it isn’t completely waterproof. I wanted to test it, so I took a bath with it on. I didn’t scrub it at all but I did soak for about 40 minutes. A substantial amount of the makeup came off. Lastly, it can transfer on to your clothing. I wore it with black pants and later that night I noticed I had a rub mark on my lap where my wrist transferred the makeup to my clothes. Luckily it came off easily in the wash. Also, I will say it does not come off your skin completely with soap and water. You have to use the oil.

I love this cover up it works great for my vitiligo. It does transfer to my clothes & dries quickly with a matte look. It doesn't look or feel oily on my skin & I can blend it to match my skin. It is real easy to apply but hard to take off. I'm not sure how water proof it is but quite sure a little rain won't hurt but swimming etc. I'm not sure. They do give oil to help remove the makeup it's not a lot if you're trying to cover a big area. There should be a way to order more but I will most definitely order this again it is worth every dime. I've spent way more or dermabland and other makeup brands and was disappointed. I'm so happy with this
